Is it true that USA has a huge gas pipeline that they made in Afghanistan so that the gas will go to them? My friend was telling me about this when he watched Fahrenheit 9'11. If that's so then that shows America's intention. It's also sad to hear that Afghanistan hasn't changed at all. They still sell drugs as their biggest export. What has USA done to make it better? Nothing. |

yes, USA gets some money off that resource utility. It's ironic because they went into Afghan to basically restore order in that country yet it's exactly the same. However they can say that the government got rid of the Taliban but theoretically they haven't got rid of the main leader of the taliban which is Osama Bin Laden. |

the only thing is is that osama bin laden can't really call the shots anymore as its believed hes hiding somewhere up in the mountains..... also the us barely even controls afghanistan.its mostly just kabul (the capital city) snd barely anywhere else........not including the pipeline.... |

you know what's funny, USA goes in Afghanistan to get Osama, but they come empty handed. So Osama is in the mountains, he's trapped and he escapes? I thought US had some sort of super military? |

well i wouldnt go as far as to say the us doesnt have persistance........they have a special task force just for osama.......it turns out that this task force has done fairly good in terms of tracking osama up to a certain point.........now as u all know osama is middle eastern........naturally to them hes a hero (i use middle eastern in the broadest sense and dont mean to be racist) and on the particular route that he escaped there are cetain ppl living ther..........for them it s almost like a code of conduct that no matter what type of guest comes to ur house u should ALWAYS offer them somewhere to sleep and if u can't u direct them to somewhere that they can........they also won't tell anyone who such a guest was as that would be really really rude....so anyways these ppl act as perfect hideouts for osama and its believed that osama is in the paki mountains or somewhere in pakistan.....personally i think hes way past pakistan but thats beside the point.........the point is that the americans actually have been trying to get him but they have little to no chance of finding him........occasionally they might find something in a cave or a few days old encampent but that was a REALLY long time ago....... (6 months min.) and ever since then the americans have no idea where he is............ |

true, I think he's hiding somewhere other then pakistan but we don't know for sure. What we do know is that somebody is holding him in a country and USA isn't doing a lot about it. They're idea's to me sound like this "take out terrorism" yet the leader is Osama.. |
