I think it depends on where you live like Marklaw lived. it's because most north americans who have a religion are christian however other big religions like islam are on the rise. The percentage of christians in North America is slowly decreasing while other religions are being more accepted

ya it's more a way of life. i jus follow those kinds of things cuz i believe in livin those kinds of ways. as 4 the higher things such as god and afterlife, i don't follow anything cuz i think the only way 2 figure it out is 2 experiance it, thas y i cudn't follow being christian completely. the problem also is that God also clearly states that he condemns gays and others.
Ah! Actually, he doesn't. People misinterpret that part often.
It says in the Bible that God sees homosexuality as an abomination. He condemns the act of being gay, He doesn't condemn the person. And I believe the same concept is true with those who are not Christian.

Babies sleep for 16-19 hours a day. They sleep in their cribs; car seats; and even in your arms. But if you drop a baby, it'll stop sleeping.

he condemns homosexual behavior, which is how homosexuals act, and so they're "sinners". it all pieces 2gether in the end, but there'll always be scapegoats like "free will" or "he loves us" and of course the very popular "faith"
He wants people to follow Him, but He's not going to force them to follow. That would defeat the purpose of faith. He tells you the reward and tells you the punishment, but He lets you decide.- Quote:

That's jus like in math wen u do surveys and wut not, theres bias. God may give u free will, but this is how it's basically done:
You can either choose christianity and live in heaven OR You can do w/e u want, but i'm tellin ya, ur gonna go 2 hell 4 it
Now any1 thats smart or wants 2 insure their safety wud choose the 1st choice wud they not?
Also, the crusades were an assault on the muslims, but it was the Pope that called upon all catholics and wut not 2 seize "the holy land", the same crap is happening in our modern times.
All i'm sayin is, no1 can truly explain things higher than us. All we kno is the life we live now and if u wanna live it by the christian lifestyle then hell i respect that cuz there's shitloads of great teachings, but as 4 the afterlife and all that, i say experiance it urself instead of following the popular idea.

Not necessarily.
Christianity has been around for a loooong time. Remember the Roman Empire? They conquered a lot. They spread Christianity around the world.
Before you know, people back then were becoming christains and that's how it was in the world. Most people are christians.
Don't mind me, just thought I'd interject on factual grounds. The Romans did spread Christianity yes, but they hardly conquered the world. The only heavily Christian areas of the world are Western Europe (which is rapidly becoming Secular/Spiritual) North and South America and parts of Africa. The Christian population (all varieties of Christianity combined) as percentage of world inhabitants is currently around 30%, but that is dropping quite rapidly. Islam is still only 20%, but increasing. Christianity is also a relatively new religion ('new' by religious standards). Buddhism, Hinduism and Judiaism (obviously) are all far older. Islam is the youngest of the major religions. In any case, claiming that "Most people are Christians" is erroneous. 30% at most, and that's counting ALL Christians, including Mormons, Presbetarians and people who claim to believe but don't read a bible, go to church or have a priest.
isn't somethingl ike 80% of North America christian that's a lot of people
