Fly away...

Man, you guys. "Yeah, I heard about that."

Question: how could you not hear about it? It's a fuckin' major natural catastrophe! So, it's flooded, that's not the problem. The problem is that the water isn't going anywhere. People can deal with their towns being flooded, but it's a whole different thing if their town is now Lake New Orleans.

But really, how could anyone live there? It's like a time bomb waiting to go off. You know it's going to happen sooner or later... and it just did. Now people are out of jobs, which sucks, but they should make jobs. Pay the people to clean up their city. That way everyone wins, they clean up their home for money to provide their family with food and shelter. It still sucks, but at least they'd have some amount of income.

And I just remembered. Did you hear of the kid that killed his sister down there? They were fighting over a bag of ice.

Babies sleep for 16-19 hours a day. They sleep in their cribs; car seats; and even in your arms. But if you drop a baby, it'll stop sleeping.

I don't think it is worth fixing to be honest. It is so fucked up that it would require a total infrastructure to be built from scracth. Right now there is lawlessness, and there is a possibillity that it'll just happen again. I don't think they should fix it all and talk that risk. It was a bad place to put a city anyways.
