This was made by defaults; smudging and pencil tool and a couple of filters (lightning bolts using the pencil tool and series of blurs, kinda sucked to draw lightning) and a C4D render, what do you think?

Do you have Cinema4D or did you just find the cool render?

Both. xD
I do a lot of 3D rendering with Bryce, Terragen and Cinema 4D, but this render was full of potential and was very intersting working with. I found it btw.
