Schneider offered some distinguishing stats. Thanks to high-res graphics and orchestral music, the game, he said, currently takes up 22 Gigabytes of memory on a Blu-Ray disc

That info came straight from the developer of the game. This really shows the main advantage of Blu-Ray, larger storage capacity. If the game was coming to Xbox 360(yes, I know that wouldn't be at all possible but this is just for example purposes) it would take three DVD9s at it's current state. Because 22GB is the amount they are using now, that can only increase during development. So Resistance: Fall of Man may end up either using the full 25GB single Blu-Ray disc or using a 50GB dual layer Blu-Ray disc.
