If your playing the PC version of Oblivion with Shivering Isles installed download the latest patch from the official wesbite NOW!

Theres a bug that came with Shivering Isles that increases the use of the Object ID count by 30 per second plus 2 times ur steady framerate of your save file.

For those who dont what that means (I didnt) each savefile you make comes with a predetermined number of ID's assigned to be used for every object, item, building and person that is rendered when you explore or enter cities. Originally there were enough Id's that it would take about 5000 hours of gameplay to be used up.

Shivering Isles contains a bug that multiplies the number by 30 and more so with higher framerates.

When your savegame runs out of IDs the game can longer render items and objects and you'll notice everything starting to dissapear...the last thing being yourself.

So bethesda released a patch that stops it but doesnt reverse the damage already done. If you havent experienced anything yet DOWNLOAD IT NOW!

The 360 version> PC + Ps3

I think the problem isn't so much on the 360 because the framerate is so much lower. I think they also told 360 players to hold off for a few days to double-check it.
