its all depends on what you mean is the healthiest meat because the meat thats still moving is the healthiest because its not dead. I dont think any meat is healthy these days.. i dont think any food is healthy these days, i eat medium rare steaks and enjoy the blood running down it and i enjoy ground beef and i enjoy bacon and chicken and turkey, lamb is good aswell ohh i love canada and the ability to find any meat like ostrich and bear, mmm all soo tastey well i think the healthiest meat is chicken not from kfc because fish has the mercury and all that in it |

Around 6 posts were made on the first topic about how fish is the best food you can eat, and you STILL ask if Tuna is good for you. <_< |

Did we mention fish? I don't consider fish to be a meat. It's not considered to be one in the food pyramid anyways. If you're looking for a healthy meat, without adding in all those factors, I'd say steak or pork. |

One word: joke. Thus the following paragraph of seriousness under it. |

Pork, like any meat, is healthy by itself. We're starting to see leaner pork foods (less fat and calories) and, thus, it's a great meat to have in a diet. |
