Does anyone here actually read the labels on the back? A lot of it is misleading. For example when your looking for nutritional value or how much fat is in the product, the label only gives you a serving of the food your eating.. Let me explain For example when you eat oreos and u look at the nutrition guide on the back, the sheet only gives you the nutritional intake of eating 2 oreos. So if you eat 14 cookies then your eating 7x fold of that nutritional value on the sheet. |

I've been paying attention to them more nowadays. I have to agree it's misleading in a way, because most products don't have just single sizes labeled. Though I don't think we'll be seeing this type of thing change yet, I'm sure something is going to happen with labels in the soon future. Lots of people have begun taking more time to notice what's in the food they're eating. |

lol I was eating a product called "cinnamon burst" and it said in a huge bold text "Blended with 100% whole wheat" and on the nutrition label the first ingredient was "unbleached white flour!" XD |

Well, for one, the whole thing about us eating 40% more sodium than we did a couple of decades ago is pretty bad. There's way too much salt in stuff. |

I don't care what's in the food, as long as it's good. I have a "extremely" high metabolism, so I won't get fat. |

A lot of people have high metabolisms but that makes you maintain your weight. However, you're still intaking a high consumption of salts/fats that exceeds your body limit which will be killer in the future. |

I'm not that health aware yet. I know it's not a good thing but i'm also in really good physical fitness. As long as you take things in moderation then you dont need to worry about labels. |

It's still not great for your health. You might be working out a lot but your body is still reserving a lot of that in places that is impossible to lose |
