Well we never have much to eat in our house so I was curious to know what some of you guys make, that isnt time consuming and you dont need alot of ingrediants for.

Throwing pasta together is quick and easy.

Just take any kind of pasta
boil it in water (add some oil to prevent it from sticking and not sticking to the pot)
get some pasta sauce and heat it a bit
add both together and shred some cheese on top of it

its actually very healthy too

and i must say i wake up and crave it at nights

chili peppers are very cheap and can actually be substituted for almost any other spice, you just need to experiment, like im experimenting with cheeses, last night i tried it with Monterey Jack cheese and i must say i loved it

there are those types of chili peppers and then there are the little tiny red and yellow flat things you can sprinkle on also called chili peppers, those are the nice ones for simplicity, but if you want to use the actual whole pepper, depending on the amount of people being served and the amount of spice you would like anywhere from a quarter to half a pepper is good, of the green or red variety. slice and chop to a small enough portion to fit about half a fork

yeahand with the oil, if you want, you can heat the oil up with garlic in it and stir it into the pasta too, that adds another nice taste to it
