Assuming that Yamato is unaware of his abilities Hidan then. If Yamato knew what to do then it would be interesting. He could break up the circle that Hidan stands on by using wood jutsu to destroy the ground. |

Yeah, there's not much fight if Yamato can't attack at full strength. Hidan would win hands down. I would think Yamato would use his wood jutsu to also block any physical attacks Hidan would dish out. I know there was one episode where he did that...like Sasuke stabbed him and he pushed the blade out with a block of wood. |

Hidan is immortal... and wood won't do nothing against hidan. Even if Yamato knew of Hidan's skills, he would just run of out chakra and eventually die. |

Should be an interesting fight. Yamato would probably have a speed advantage and he's pretty durable even with him being stab ( i think he was stabbed when he first encountered sasuke but he pushed out hte sword with his wood jutsu) But Hidan is hacks. One droop of blood and it's over. I guess Yamato could keep distrupting the channeling circle by using wood jutsu, but he has a limit. Or he could trap Hidan in some sort of wooden fortress. |

That's exactly what I said. I'm glad I'm not the only one who sees this though. |

Also, Yamato can use wood jutsu to prevent Hidan from moving. This could be beneficial so Hidan can't hurt himself. |

Ya, but Yamato has a chakra limit and that's evident throughout the series. Sure, he can constrain 4TK naruto but he's exhausted after that point. |
Welcome to the good life
