Hawthorn win the flag by 63 points

Hawks deserved that, no team has had as many excuses as they have had this year but they are so committed and so well drilled. Thoroughly deserved

...norm smith seemed a bit sentimental though, thought it was between lewis and mitchell

You could throw a very small blanket over those 3....i think the 2 goals probably got Hodgey over the line...

Although I thought it was all Hodge and Mitchell in the 2nd quarter when the game was won. Lewis racked them up in the 3rd and 4th to get up to their total numbers....

I thought Mitchell was the stand out when the game was one. Hodge won some big contests but Mitchell won all the ball. Lewis just ended up with 37, like roughy got 5 but was barely sighted.

I would've made a stronger case for Langford than hodge

scrote

Hodge got ten votes, with Lewis and Mitchell getting nine each. Mitchell was the only one to get votes from all five judges.

How come both teams are wearing home shorts? I thought it was still a rule that there were home shorts and away shorts, even if the jumpers don't clash....
Both teams don't have white shorts in their uniform.
