Last week teams are in

It's only pre-season so not going into detail, but I think it is telling that Kamdyn McIntosh is the only youngster (apart from Lambert) left in our squad that will be pretty close to our best. Dimma talked him up after the game last week and I was happy with his carry and decision making last week, he looks to be close to a round 1 spot

Murphy back for the Blues so he'll be there round 1. Nic Nat named as well for the first time this year (I think)

:)

Also named Daisy for his first pre-season game. Gibbs & Warnock out, but trained well so should be fine for round 1.

Hawks smash the Saints by 106! and who said NAB games aren't a true reflection of the real season

Brad Hill looks like taking his game to a new level, he was superb tonight...may even start matching Stephen soon

scrote

He overtook his brother last year. It's not even close anymore.

I sort of agree with scrote but think he did it in the second half of 2013, he was doing the great gut running overlap plays all the time, not twice a game.

But Stephen has improved the last season, woke back up for longer during games

Stephen Hill has 27 Brownlow votes to Brad Hills 2...thats the key difference (Stephen also leads basically every other important stat too)

of course Brownlow votes arent everything...but it shows that in 2015 Brad Hill needs to step up and dominate games like his brother can...hes certainly got the talent thats for sure...with the retirement of players like Sewell you can sense a changing of the guard in the Hawthorn ranks (and aint it scary!)

Essendon leading Melbourne by 11 in the 3rd

its been a decent game...Joe Daniher has had it all his way tonight and a few highlights from Shaun Edwards

been an even match, not many standouts

Essendon win by 2 after a horrendous backpass from Viney

not sure what all the fuss about Jesse Hogan is...hes big but cant mark or kick yet...long way to go before being the answer to Melbournes problems (he hasnt even made his official debut afterall!)
