Average and undermanned Eagles vs a very average Carlton, I'm not sure it'll be a good game but it should be a close one. Its been raining for 3 days over here and doesn't look like stopping so should be a bit scrappy

Would have been scrappy even if conditions were perfect. Can't believe this has been given the Friday timeslot, if there were two teams that deserve to be playing every game at 4.40pm on a Sunday it is these two.

They've had some close games in recent years but yeah, looks like the game has moved passed both these teams at the minute

both teams will be desperate for a win which should make for a great, high intensity game (albeit lacking a bit of polish)

West Coast should still be too strong despite the injuries

Carltons skills are woeful. They are playing better footy but they remind me of the crows in many games from last year.....very frustrating.

Now Eagles look the better team. Carlton can't even get to the middle of the ground....

I was thinking the same thing. Mick needs to have a game plan that his players can execute

On the positive for he Blues, the game isn't over West Coast have left the door wide open

I don't care if you call me a sore loser, this is the worst umpiring performance ive ever seen. We had 3 frees for at the 20 min mark of the 3rd quarter. There were passages of play where i could pick 3 free kicks on 30 seconds.
