While the Saints can make a case against the umpires they are as much to blame. they've won this from a contest point of view but never put themselves in a position to win it on the scoreboard

Credit to North though, they were in a whole and have found a way to win the important moments. They've locked themselves in the 8 now just have to hope the 5th placed team is Victorian and it would be season back on track

Well that summed up Harvey's career. Gets a handball for a freebie goal (and asked for it) from someone 5m in front of the goals taking a set shot

On a positive note, I had a fun night at the Gabba

Would've met with scrote but I presume he left at half time ;)

Patrick Cripps
Game-high 11 clearances

Patrick Cripps led the competition clearances by nine before Saturday’s game, and only strengthened his lead with a game-high 11 against the Hawks. To put that into perspective, that equated to half of Hawthorn’s total clearances. The Blues’ No.9 was simply enormous, also recording a game-high 18 contested possessions and equal game-high 11 score involvements.

It isn't all that impressive, it's not like Marc Murphy or Bryce Gibbs have had a hard ball get in their lives, they won't be taking clearance stats from Cripps

that was libba prior to changing coaches

he moves around more now, and splits with bonti in the guts

i haven't caught many carlton games, so i don't really have a point, just thinking out loud
