On a mini vacation and not having cable in my home I take the chance to watch programs I usually don't get to watch such as war documentaries, detective shows, and such. Noticed a commercial for Time-Warner Cable that starts out with a woman longingly looking on her handsome neighbor, only to be interrupted by her...husband. The theme is "not settling" in which it is clear the woman is not happy with her somewhat plain husband. Then there is one where a bride to be is more excited about high speed Internet than getting married. Almost makes me wish I had the service...so I could cancel it. Driving back today so prayer is asked for. God bless. |
