This was my verse to memorize at school: Hebrews 11:3 King James Version (KJV) 3Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. What does it mean when it says "the worlds"? |

Should be easy enough to find out, but... Before I answer, can I challenge you, little sister (and neice o' mine), to look at this word in the original language, as well as to look at the ways that this word is used throughout the New Testament, and then answer it for us yourself? This is how God will speak to our hearts directly, though we do not altogether dismiss the work of those who have gone before us. But you are a part of the generation that is coming up now, so, do the work, and you might be surprised at the answer God will supply. (note-not picking on you, just hope to encourage you to look at this for yourself) I will give you a jumpstart: see http://www.blueletterbible.org/search/translationResults.cfm?Criteria=the+worlds+were+framed&t=KJVhere and herehere to begin your study. Sorry for the first link, I am still learning to navigate...I think I got it right on the second. Love you, and, God bless. Edited by S.T.Ranger, Sep 24 2011, 01:53 PM.

Okay, maybe I didn't wait long enough (are you sure you want to ask questions of someone with limited patience? lol) God bless, have fun, and...get busy! Just kidding. |
