Osman a bit of an addict By: Andrew King Osman of the lands of Al-Kharid has been reportedly spotted drinking an odd juice. He tries to conceal himself while drinking it, but eye witness accounts claim that he drinks the stuff at least every ten minutes or so. "I do not know what the juice is, but I do know that he drinks it a lot. He often ducks behind the well and gulps a few sips." Said one of the Al-Kharid palace guards while doing an interview in the area. Nobody is really sure what the liquid is yet, but one local sorceress claims to know what the man drinks. "I have a fruit, a special fruit called Sq'irk. This is what he drinks. He steals my fruits or most likely has others steal it. Crushes it up and drinks them per pint." She said to our reporters. This Sq'irk is an odd and rare fruit. Only place to find it is within this old magi's garden. He seems to go through a lot of trouble to get this stuff to fill for his addiction. "The guy needs help. Rehabilitation centers perhaps." Said Zeke of Zeke's Superior Scimitars shop located just slightly northwest of the palace. If that addiction turns out to be too bad, police officials might have to take him in and force detoxation upon him and get him cleaned up. He has such a great influence on the people of Al-Kharid, he cannot be jeopardised. |

What causes this flux By: Rult It seems like the grand exchange in Varrock just changes its prices of many of its items too much, too often. It has to be the merchants around the area. They must buy stuff and sell it. They manipulate prices. For the common folk who can barely afford even toilet paper and gin this is a big issue. These merchants must have some sort of organization now. They are making clans, gangs, groups, parties, organizations, having parties. They all do it so they can make money for their own good. Us as normal citizens of Gielinor, we must stop them! This has gone on too far and too long! We should not stand for this hypocracy any longer! It is suggested that we all get a petition and sign it and give it to King Roald of Varrock to lay down regulation within the Grand Exchange. There needs to be control of the market. It is ruinining the economy and people are starting to suffer. Not just here in Varrock either. There is caravans that send out things from the grand exchange to places as far as Ardougne or Menaphos. So please let us all group together and get to the bottum of this. This has gone on for too long! We must stop them all before it is too late. Our children and our friends suffer daily by this corruption. |

Ranged if you do Ranged if you don't By: Andrew King A barbarian has come acrossed something he invented quite long ago and now is teaching others in the skills of making it. He has made three items for the past 57 years. Javelins, throwing knives, throwing axes."They are all great weapons to use if you have mastered the skill of range." The Barbarian man claims. He decided to finally share his secrets with the rest of the world because he has made enough money on these "rare items", that and he is dying. So before his death he decided that he must let the rest of the world know how to create such devices. He also claims that he developed a machine that can send out his brain waves to everybodies head. So anybody who is anygood at smithing should just know how to make them. "The machine works by sending out my delta waves to everybody elses brains and amplifying them inside of your head. This manifests itself into an idea, thought, concept, belief, or anything inbetween. In this case the art of smithing throwing axes, throwing knives, and javelins." The Old Barbarian boasts well about this. He is proud of all of his inventions and ideas and he is ready to share them all with the world. So get out there and explore the new possibilities. |

Letter to the public A confession of a Gypsy By: Gypsy Aris Dear Public, There is something I have been hiding from everybody for a very long time. I am a lesbian. I know that for some of you that is hard to understand and that you did not see the signs, but it is true. I have been hiding it for so long because I really didn't believe that I was, but when I met the most wonderful girl, Juliet, I knew for sure that I was a lesbian. We have so much in common. She has big breasts, I have big breasts. She has a shaved Cleft of Venus and Pelvic area and as do I. She likes girls now and me to! So you see those are just three of many things that we have in common. I believe that there will be something to go upon soon. We hang out everyday and have tea and then preform oral to each other afterwards. So this is my public announcement that I have officially announced myself to being a lesbian and being inlove with Juliet. So please do not hate either one of us and wish the both of us luck in our future endevours. Truthfully yours, Gypsy Aris. |

Human Roves around a bit By: Andrew King A local Elf to the region of Isfadar sent a Human on an odd re"quest" the other day. He had to go to a tomb and lay to rest an ancient Elven grandmother, that grandmother of the one known as Islywn. His Grandmother Garial has a spirit that is unsettled and planting a seed within her new tomb would create such an act that disrupts the unsettling. She would truly be laid to rest. The Adventurer did this so and fought a giant moss giant within the old tomb. Slaying it down! Then went to the new burial tomb located with some waterfall in the Baxtorian area. Then planted this seed and let it grow. "For all my efforts these Elves blow, the reward was shitty, they gave me a broken bow. My friend did it and got a broken shield. These Elves suck." Claimed an adventurer who helped out the Elves. Perhaps there is more instore for those who wish to wait a tad bit and better rewards come out in the future. After all we have just reestablished contact with this race. Perhaps we need to gain their respect and trust. |

Hidden altar of Zaros found underground By: Andrew King Recently found by archeologists at the digsite located southeast of the town of Varrock was a hidden tunnel with a huge complex. Within this complex laid a strange man by the name of Azzandra. Azzandra is known to be a Mahjarrat of Zaros. Azzandra offered adventurers and willing archeologists to restore the temple for him, the gift, the altar. This altar is the altar of an old god by the name of Zaros. According to the adventurers that partook in Azzandra's deeds were granted a new prayer book from this altar. "Praying at this altar gave me amazing powers. Now when I pray I seem to be able to steal my enemys energy and become one with them and devour them. I can also reflect their attacks back on them. It is like magic meets prayer. Hail to Zaros!" Said one of the adventurers who came to our reporters. Evidentally the shrine is also a portal of sorts to another demension. Along time ago it was speculated that Zaros died, but evidentally this is not true. He was just merely sent back to where he came from, some speculate that place being the fabeled Hell. As more and more energy grows within the shrine more the portal between this world and his world opens. This means that Zaros could come back if this portal and shrine continue to rage on. The evil of Zamorak is bad enough, but with Zaros in the picture there will be another God war no doubt. Perhaps this will awake the god Guthix and bring forth a new age, yet again. Diseases all about Plagues from distant lands By: Andrew King By now we should all know that the plague within West Ardougne is fake. Just an excuse put out by King Tyras to start a war, but there other plagues and diseases in other places. One such of these places ia place called Sophanem. A plague that was brought forth by invading locusts. These overgrown grasshoppers then started to infect nearby cows and chickens. Citizens of the town then eat the meat becoming infected themselves. The town is thankfully deep within the Khardian desert so they do not get many visiters and they are basically quarantined. Scientists within the region are trying to find a cure for the disease, but are having no luck so far. They are hoping that adventurers with high herblore or some sort of intelligent doctor can come along and help the people out. If not it could be the death of a whole race of people. The town next to Sophanem, Menaphos, has cut off all contact. They are afraid that they might get the disease themselves. They do not wish to infect any of their people and put others at risk, unlike their neighbors who haven't taken procaution. This plague shares many of the same symtoms that the one in East Ardougne has. Rash, paleness, irritation, nervousness, coughing, congestion. Which has led to some officials and other high end figures to believe that maybe that this plague is fake also, of course there is always the case that this is a real disease and has the chance of spreading to all of Gielinor. Hopefully that will not happen and we can keep the plague quarantined for now and hope that it does not spread. |

Lumbridges Annoying Beastral Monster By: Andrew King Recently as of reports dating back as far back as a few weeks to up to a month now the townsfolk of been reporting hearing odd sounds at night. Random baas and raahs, but these aren't sheep, so they claim. People have noticed all around their yards missing flowers from their flower beds or chunks of grass missing. They have even gone as far as to say they have their trash aten, some testify that the trash being ate isn't a problem, more of a favour, but the rest are. "I noticed footprints outside of my boss' door, I had to see where it led. They are hoof tracks. Not like a horse, unicorn, sheep, ram, goat, it is different. Well I followed it and it just stopped. Then I heard an annoying sound! I ran." Said one of the shop assitants on the general store in Lumbridge. If these tracks do not belong to any of these animals and makes an annoying noise what could it possibly be. One man just might have the answer to that, Explorer Jack, he claims that is a beastral monster of Lumbridge. A myth. It is one of the main reasons he came to Lumbridge. He has been tracking its existance for quite sometime. He says that it has been laying dorment for many years now. He calls the monster a L.A.M.B or Lumbridge's Annoying Beastral Monster. "It is quite the issue around these parts. Eating grass and keeping people up. It sounds like a monster, it has hooves like a demon, it is annoying, the thing is a monster in whatever given form. So this is how I arrived at the name." Said Explorer Jack to our officials in a interview. So this L.A.M.B will be hunted down soon according to Explorer Jack. So that the good people of Lumbridge can be safe and sound in the night and of the day. Explorer Jack said that if it ever pops its head out, he will shoot on sight. King Lathas declares war on Elves By: Andrew King Last week at sometime King Lathas released to the press that it is official that the war between him and Elves is official. "I am slightly racist you claim, you are wrong. I believe in purity. The Human race cannot be influenced and changed by these outsiders, these foreigners" King Lathas said to our reporters. He said that he must declare war on these Elves to preserve the current culture of Humans. There is also speculations that King Lathas just wants the land of Isfardar for his own. Making Ardougne the biggest city in all of the known lands of Gielinor. Isfadar has many untapped resources according to archeologists. There is plenty of minerals that advanced Human cultures could use. Iron, coal, mithril, adamantite, gold silver, oil, natural gases, yew trees, magic trees, and other kinds of wood and minerals. "There are plenty of minerals and other resources in the area. A person could profit and increase industry with these items for sure." A scientist who did research in the area of Isfadar claimed. So either the cause of resources or pure hatred, chance has had it that war is on the edge of that grey dark tunnel. |

Tablets with Magicks dating back thousands of years found By: Andrew King Deep within the desert, below all the sands, but yet a marker beyond the silicon graves stands a pyramid with vast chambers and dangers. Kharadiantologists recently went into the tomb with a team of guards and kill all the dangers that lurk. What they found were tablets of an ancient past. Special magic spells requiring new kinds of incantation of summoning rituals. The magicks found within the pyramid have become to be known as the ancient magicks because they are so old it seemed fitting. According to one of the Kharadiantologists that went on the exodus the magicks are stronger than our normal magic spell book. "You see our normal spell book can only hit around 300 and that is if you are lucky and know some God spells, normal attacks only hit around 280. In lab tests the weak spell hits 130s and the strongest hitting 320s. It seems like that wouldn't be too much, but an air strike which is weakest in the normal spell book hits just 10s." Said the Kharadiantologist who told us that the ancient spellbook is stronger than our normal one. The teleports also have odd names, thought to be derrived from an ancient language that is now long dead. Like Paddewwa, the lowest of the teleports, meaning Edgeville or Ghorrock, the highest of the teleports, meaning Ice Plateau in the wilderness. The spells appear to be all used for combat according to field tests of all of the spells. Anybody who is interested about the new spells is said to talk to the archaeologist at the Bedabin Camp for any further information. He is said he is willing to help people claim the new magic, but discoveries do not come lightly. |
