So, I'm asking to see how well you think this would work. Also asking if it's been done before. If it has, I haven't seen it. Have two Town Criers, one in Village and one in Mafia. But it doesn't say which one is speaking. So the players are left with either a two-way scumhunt or simply not trusting either one fully. I can imagine a lot of mind games taking place. There's also the opportunity for a Third Party Crier, who wins if he is still alive when the other two are dead, meaning that he tries to get the others lynched by tricking the village into lynching their Crier. |

I have no idea how it would work, but the first thing that comes to mind is that the host would have to be there a lot. |

Honestly, it seems the third-party could potentially have a very easy time, if they get lucky with the mafia kills. |

Now, why go up there when people are dying to get down here?

I like this idea. If the host was a very active person. |

This would only work if the host was there pretty much 24/7. I don't see it working effectively. |

Sometimes, there are two roles that can send anonymous messages to each role-the town sided one is called the agent and the mafia is the spy. That gets interesting. But no, I've never heard of two town criers. I'd do it, but I have significantly less free time nowadays. |

Difference is that Agent can only send messages to Mafia roles and Third party roles, and Spy can send messages to every role. |

Really? That's not how it is on epicmafia as far as I know. I've never been agent, though, so I can't disprove it. |

Agent: Can send anonymous messages to any role not aligned with village. Sided with the village. Spy: Can send anonymous messages to any role. Sided with the mafia. |
