All images of creepy crawlies are in spoiler tags with trigger warnings. Some artistic liberties are taken concerning bee and wasp biology. Did you know that, over the past years, the bee population has severely diminished? Scientists are puzzled by what is causing this Colony Collapse Disorder. Is it global warming? Pesticides? Well, I have a theory of my own. tw: Creepy Crawlies Wasps. Yellowjackets, hornets, paper wasps. It is the fault of none other than the yellow terrors of the sky that our honey stock is running low. Even a few of these apocritous carnivores can easily wipe out an entire hive. The lifeless bodies of the harmless bumbles are then fed to the larvae of the menacing serial stingers, who then grow to become just as much of a threat as their parents. Bees are not completely helpless, though. Just like the wasps, they are capable of injecting a poisonous sting to fight off attackers. But unlike wasps, bees have a very serious drawback: Their stingers are barbed. After attacking, the bee has no way of retracting its abdominal dagger from the victim's skin. When the bee retreats, its stinger is ripped out of its body, together with the poison sac, which keeps pumping venom into the victim, and most of the bee's intestines. This is why bees are generally less agressive than wasps: stinging will kill them. tw: Creepy Crawlies, BEE STING, GORE I'M SERIOUS DON'T CLICK THIS However, bees are hive soldiers who value their homes and family over their own lives. Get too close to a beehive and its inhabitants will gladly die to fight you off. The strength of bees lies in their numbers. We have located the final living beehive in the world. Unfortunately, so have the wasps. Join the bees in their struggle for survival, so that we can still enjoy our honey tomorrow. The Bees The Wasps Sorry, I freaked out halfway through finding wasp images so I don't have them yet. I have to thank Letter for giving me the awesome idea to make a creepy crawlies mafia game. However, this game is not just a prank. I want to try out this game where the day lynches require a sacrifice to go through, with one resurrecting role. I'm out of things to say, so if you have any questions or suggestions, I'd love to hear them. I'll probably keep improving this over the next few days. Edited by Bumblebeta, Apr 21 2014, 11:16 AM.

Thinking up this setup in response to Letter's bee/wasp/hornet/whateverphobia is really rubbing me the wrong way, tbh. |

I dunno. It may not actually be a problem. It's just a little odd somehow. I do think the mechanic is interesting. |

Letter, if you open up the spoilers in the first post, all the pictures are behind their own spoilers. Also, weren't we just talking about how we've had a lot of cult recently in another game discussion? This game has some cool role concepts, if it's going to get a third party, the third party should be something cool like the rest of the roles. |

Does the parasitoid wasp lay eggs like a regular yakuza at night, or does it sacrifice itself in the day phase?
