I'm guessing based on context that seagully means like a dick-ish move? I doubt they were referring to the actual player seagully. The second reason strikes me as someone deliberately trying to change their speech style to throw others off, so I doubt we'll find clues there. The third one isn't really doge-like, just short sentences. Might be worth looking into, if anyone would like to suggest something. Right now I have zero ideas. |

Yeah that's what I meant. The style made me think of Letter when he's a Town Crier trying to throw everyone off, but Letter's dead, so I don't know. Has anyone else done that in the past? Not sure what seagully means, but that one being from the older crowd makes sense if that's where it originated from. |

Honestly, out of the people alive, the only person who I would suspect of using the word "seagully" is Aviana. The sentence also matches how she normally talks. Other people to look at for that would be myself and Bullet, just based on age, but it doesn't match mine or Bullet's form of speech. The second one rings Snake to me out of the people here, because I could definitely see him putting on a gangster accent for all of his kills. While I'm not as sure on these ones, Zaazaa and Whitey also seem like they could do that, based on what I know of their personality. For the third one, that could be basically everyone, but gut instinct is saying Dayafter, Snake, or Shock. Since Snake is on two of my lists, he seems like the appropriate choice. Vote: Snake Please don't bandwagon. If you have a better suspect based on the clues given, bring them forward so that we can talk about them. |

Could I just ask what about me gives that idea? I normally wouldn't get too concerned about one suspicion, but I don't really see myself as doing that. Come to think of it, that's not really Zaazaa's thing either... |

Again, I don't really know you two as well. It seemed to me like the kind of thing that you two would find amusing/would do to throw someone off your trail. I'm not particularly attached to that suspicion though. |

I'm not sure about Zaazaa, but I have seen Whitey type gangsta style before. I'd agree that the first one seems like Aviana, and I'd throw Day in there as well. The speech style is definitely not Snow ot Bullet though. I don't know Snake as well, so I can't comment on that. Day really dtands out to me as a possibility for the first one. |

Hm... I can see where you're coming from about the second one, but let me raise another point- what if that's why the killer used such an odd writing style? What I mean is that I can imagine someone just using a weird writing style to throw suspicion off themselves and put it on someone who would use it for humor rather than strategy, such as me or Whitey. The players that come to mind to plan something like that out are Snow, Aviana, and Day. I don't know what to make of the third one- Sounds like it could be anyone to me. The first one... Hm. I can't really think of anyone who would pull a seemingly random word like seagully. Is that even a word? |

I've done a quick forum search and the only people who have used seagully, not in reference to the player, are: PSN, Platypus, Arsith, U9K, Shadow and Sahxyel with most of the usage seeming to be in 2011. It also seems to of fallen out of use now so I'd say this was almost definitely an older player. PSN in particular stands out as he seemed to use it quite a bit. |

I want to say Whitey did the gangster thing. He wrote that wrap for Snow during the Secret Santa. Jessi's definitely first on my list for the Seagully comment. I have no reasoning for the last one but Zaazaa seems to fit for the last one. That's all I got. |

I borrowed the search function on Scumhunt and I have literally never said the word seagully in this context according to that. Please support your argument here, because I'm pretty sure I've never used seagully. I usually say scummy. |

I just got out of bed so I won't say much right now, but I'm also a little suspicious of Snake. Based on what I've seen he is a popular night 1 kill, so him surviving could mean he is a killer... or it could mean nothing. I feel safer with Shock's train of thought, seagully isn't a word you see used often. As for the ganster one, I don't think it's Whitey. It's definay something he would probably do, but I don't think he'd do something so obvious like that. |

My one issue with pointing this out is that PSN is dead. I agree with the opinions so far that the second one could be Whitey or Zaazaa, but then again, to be perfectly honest I don't think we should think to heavily on the way the reasons are written. It's easy to fake something like that

Honestly, you seem the type to use a word like seagully. But now we've found out that you've never used the word, so consider that suspicion rescinded. Have we looked at the targets yet? Tried to figure out who seems most likely to target each? Because that's a possible avenue of thought there. |

I doubt we'll find any leads from the second one since it's painfully obvious that person is trying to throw us off. I think we should just disregard it. The first one, though, I think is a slip-when looking for words to throw people off, who thinks of "seagully"? I know if I were a killer, I would try to give really long, strategic reasons and attempt to mimic a really good player like snow or Aviana. That's just me though. |

I think the gangsta one is either Whitey or Porygon. From what I have seen them say on Skype on Scumhunt. Or it could just be Beams trying to look cool. The first one looks like someone who would make puns and references often. |

One of the things Whitey said really stood out to me, not as a killer thing to say but just something really annoying. That being that the reasons alone aren't going to get us results, as the killers could easily be trying to frame other people with their reasons. So I guess that means Scumhunting based on what is said during the day is going to be even more important than one might first think. Just something to keep in mind I guess. |

Again, we should throw the second one out-and I'm not just saying this because people are suspicious of me. It is so blindingly obvious that we can't take the second one seriously, whoever it was is clearly trying to throw us off. I think it's working, because I really don't think it's zaazaa, Porygon or beams and I know it's not me. |

Then who DO you think it is? Shooting down a lynch is fine if you have an alternative. If you have nothing better, it's better to lynch on a potentially faulty reason than to not lynch. Blood, do the killers know each other? Edited by Aviana, Jun 10 2014, 04:16 AM.

No, says in the OP they don't. Anyways, I'm going to go ahead and Vote: Whitey because I think he's our best shot right now. He's shot down ideas, but hasn't suggested anything, as Aviana said, and I've seen his use gangsta voice as a joke before, in private Skype messages, not somewhere where everyone would see and remember to try and frame him. |

Since a lot of people seem to think that Whitey is a more suspicious candidate than Snake for the rap one, I'll go ahead and Unvote: Snake Vote: Whitey since he was one of my suspicions as well. I'm also going to go ahead and remove at least some of my suspicion from Aviana for using "seagully" since it's been proven she's never posted saying that in the past. Also, for anyone who still doesn't know what "seagully" means, it's the same thing as "scummy." |

No, anyone who posted something resembling discussion will be counted as active. For reference, Beams would be the only one counted as inactive today. While it's true he made a post, it had one short sentence that talked about one person in passing. Not really adding much. Bullet and Day also only had one post, but they put a smidge more effort into theirs. Enough I'm willing to count it. Since I haven't posted strict rules, this will serve as your only warning. If you've only got one post and it adds less to discussion than Bullet's or Day's posts, I'd think about putting some more effort into it. It's not that hard to think up stuff to say.

Naw, I ain't stupid, jus' that dis way, if I hit one o' my fellas, y'all peeps ain't got shit ta work wit ta figga out who I be killin', ya get what I'm sayin', dawg?" "Talks too much.
