Morning all. I'm maroonWildcard and I had no idea what a mafia was until I was told to play it in a summer camp (and then subsequently got lynched the first day after claiming detective. Can't play that with people with the mentality of 8-year olds. :I) I'm looking forward to joining some games! |

Welcome, Wildcard! Take a look around the forums and get yourself acquainted. A couple games just started, so it might be a little bit before there's a game you can join (although I believe MafCraft is still recruiting), but keep checking in and there should be a game pretty soon! |

Hi! I've played Mafia a lot in IRC chatrooms, and occasionally IRL. I'm not super good at them, but I can tell you I'm a lot better online than I am IRL, that's for sure. I like playing PC games (that I can afford) and working with animals. I'm a marine biology major who lives in Florida but is from Michigan. And that's about it :) |

This thread shall be dedicated for the use of those who wish to say goodbye to this community or take leaves of absence, and for members of this community to say goodbye to them. I'm only starting this thread right now because of what I'm doing in the next paragraph. I have come to realize that lately I've fallen behind in life and that I'm trying to do too much. This lovely little community takes up a good deal of my time; time which would be better applied searching for work so that I can keep my truck and pay back debt, practice the brass instruments that I just haven't been working on, and getting to schoolwork which I've been slacking on. Frankly put, this forum and these mafia games are a luxury that I cannot afford right now. As such, I am taking a leave of absence from this forum and from all of the mafia games until I can get my affairs in order. In the meantime, I've promoted Syrassil to Composer. Aviana will be your Conductor. When I return, Syrassil will be demoted back to Conductor and Aviana will keep her position. I will be finishing the games that I am currently in, but joining no more after that. I won't be on Skype very much at all, so if you want to contact me, it would be best to PM me. You can expect me to check back at least once a week. That is all. Thank you all for this wonderful privilege. I look forward to playing with you again. |
