So... my issues aren't dealt with, at all. I know what most of them are, and how to fix them, for the most part. I've no idea if coming back to Skype will get in the way and distract me from dealing with them, but I'm hoping it doesn't because I miss you guys a lot. Also I'm coming back to Skype. |

Hey everybody, I'm going to be leaving here for awhile, not really sure how long, but I think it's something I just need to do at this point. Don't get me wrong, it's not a problem with anybody or anything you guys are doing here, it's just that for awhile I've been feeling like I'm always trying to spread myself too thin and tackle too much at once, which is probably why I never finish anything. A recent conversation I had with one of you guys is what really cemented this for me and made me realize how much my shortsightedness, at least here anyway, also affects anyone else I'm working on something with, and that's something I have to work on myself. I've been having a really hard time with this decision, since Scumhunt still means a lot to me, and probably always will. It's been really cool to be along for a good portion of the ride and watching this community grow ever since Snow and Aviana first invited me to join up, and it's been absolutely fantastic to be a part of a group of people who are so accepting and welcoming of new people that they'd invite a kid who dove headlong into a Nuzlocke factions game with zero experience and spent all of said game stumbling over himself and just doing what everyone else told him to do because he didn't even know how voting worked, into their circle and treat him like part of the family from day one. Like I said, I don't know when or if I'll be back, since the main reason I'm leaving is to start really working on writing something that I'd like to try and get published so I can see about getting this dream job of mine off the ground, which is going to need what little attention I'm able to spare outside work and all my other commitments. I'll still be on Skype and Steam and stuff pretty often, so if anyone wants to chat, feel free to hit me up whenever, and who knows, maybe you'll even catch me working. Anyway, I'm starting to ramble about a paragraph and a half ago, so I'll wrap this up here, and catch everybody some other time. You guys are awesome. Never change. |
