Roleplayer: lanz Literacy: literate Name: Yamana Hikari Alias: Hikari Age: 21 Gender: female Alignment: neutral Kin: a brother and a mother Status: single Sexuality: straight Loyalty: Herself Occupation: tactician, strategist. Height: 5'8" Weight: 110 Likes: reading, art, writing, and intelligent people. Dislikes: dumb people, war. Personality: born a princess of the Yamana clan, Hikari was brought up as a proper young lady, and was trained to be quite respectable and honorable. She may seem cold and snobbish at first glance, but surely, one did not expect a noble princess to be rubbing elbows with commoners, right? Hikari was also exposed to education, and can therefore think for herself, unlike many women during these times. Proud and unyielding, being a woman in a man's world has given Hikari a continuing desire to prove to the men that she is equal to them. Habits: Hikari is deathly afraid of being in a closed, tight space. Inventory: as she stays in the fortress or camp, she doesn't carry around much, except a medicine bag with ointments, bandages, needles, threads, and medicine. Weaponry: a small dagger with tasteless poison powder hidden in it's hilt, hidden in her obi, and a hundred poisoned needles in all parts of her kimono. Ability: untrained in fighting, Hikari cannot face a head-on combat. She can, however, infiltrate with stealth and kill with her poison and needles Appearance: ![]() Biography: The daughter of one of the Yamana clan generals, Hikari is almost the perfect daughter. Almost. Hikari cannot keep her mouth shut when she believes or opposes something and that has led to many embarrassing moments. However, this has also led her father, one of the generals of the Yamana clan, to solicit her advice in devising battle strategies. Her natural skill in handling and manipulating people made her a natural tactician and has devised many battle plans. Though most of the generals are displeased with having a woman help them, most of them recognized the talent in Hikari and has been more lenient. However, as the war progressed on, the generals went the other way, going down the path of destruction and death, something Hikari did not approve of. When her father died, her brother was to take his place in the army, but her brother was not one for battle, and Hikari knew that. So Hikari arranged their escape and remained in the Yamana fortress. Unable to prove what Hikari had done, the Yamana agreed to keep her, but shunned her advice aside and continued to search for her brother and mother whom they vowed to slay as traitors if found. Hikari continues to serve the Yamana clan, but only until she has the perfect opportunity to betray them. |
