  • Difference between a Noob and a Trainer

Due to convenience reasons, SHS will no longer be operating on this site! We are now located on facebook and are using discord for the chat. For information, our discord chat is here: https://discord.gg/84ue8Vv. It has been a pleasure meeting and serving everyone on this website, but if we wish to move on, we must start fresh in a new location. I hope everyone understands and we hope to see new and old faces. With all that is said and done, SHS is officially up and running again and we had our first tournament on 2/24/2017!! As discussed, we can still hold the 10 year anniversary party. - Thanks for you understanding! With love, Pijy

How to tell a guy is a Pokémon Noob

1. He struggles to catch a Pidgey.
2. He has a slight disability about which ball has which Pokémon.
3. He has two Pokémon struck in ONE of his Poké Balls due to his disability to tell which ball has which Pokémon.
4. His first game was Pokémon Diamond/Pearl for the Nintendo DS.
5. He started playing this year.
6. He THINKS he knows everything, when he doesn’t.
7. He BEGS a Pokémon Master to tell him the Secret of Pokémon.
8. Everyone keeps telling him to learn from an experienced Trainer or a Master.
9. Hacks his game a lot, and uses an Action Replay.
10. he brags about himself.

How to tell a guy is an experienced Pokémon Trainer, possibly a Master

1. He can catch a legendary Pokémon in 5 minutes or less. NO MASTER BALLS
2. With a psychic ability, he can tell which ball has which Pokémon.
3. Each of his Poke Balls has only one Pokémon each.
4. His first game was Pokémon Red/Blue for the Game Boy.
5. He started playing 8 or more years ago.
6. Everyone agrees that he knows everything.
7. He knows the Secret of Pokémon.
8. He teaches people how to play Pokémon!
9. Never hack nor uses an Action Replay, and prefer hard work over cheating.
10. he doesn't brag.

put someone in one of these sections, marks all that he/she does, and figure out how much of a Noob/Expert Trainer he/she is.

So I guess I fall somewhere in between then.

1.) I can catch pokémon. vB FTW!
2.) ??? I probably know ???
3.) Nope, I definitely don't have 2 in one ball.
4.) My first game was red.
5.) I started playing... 7 years ago.
6.) I don't know everything and I'm not going to pretend I do.
7.) I don't beg people for anything.
8.) I don't teach people how to play.
9.) I don't have the game.
10.) I don't brag. I'm perfectly honest.

1. yes, I can catch legendery pokemon in five minutes.
2. I can tell.
3. I have one pokemon in each ball.
4. yep, my first Pokemon game ever was Pokemon Blue.
5. I started playing 8 years ago.
6. not everyone agrees...my sister don't think so.
7. I know, and I'm not telling.
8. yes, I do. I babysit, and I teach 3 of the boys (around 8 years old)how to play.
9. I see Action Replays as a idiotic alternate to Events. SERIOUSLY, HOW HARD IS IT TO GET OFF YOUR BUTT AND GO TO AN EVENT?
10. yeah, my sister says I brag sometimes...though I don't recall when I bragged.
