Persona 3: FES was a really great game, with excellent gameplay, but Persona 4 majorly improved on the already excellent gameplay, and made it even more excellent. So how do you think they can improve on the gameplay in the next Persona? Persona 5 is currently in development, at the moment. It's unsure wherever it'll be for PS3 or PSP (hoping for PS3). Discuss. |

| Oh, I thought you were talking about the Personas for the EA Nation network, because they have had problems with it for the PSP... |

No, but I'm likely to get one this Christmas. Getting back on-topic, I'd like to see some more secret bosses. Perhaps one where you fight Nyx (for the bloody hell of it, as it IS a secret boss). EDIT: Also, it was I who edited your sig, Krazy... Edited by SHS_JJEmpire, 30/07/2010 - 06:12 pm.

| I'd like to see a few more secret dungeons as well, Persona 5 is one of the few games that will make me buy a PS3 (we all know it's coming out for that) So yeah, pretty pumped. And, I'd like for the combat system to be a bit more brushed up, and make it even less turn-based, and a bit more on your toes action. |

Is there any date yet for when they're shooting for to release the game? I am also pumped, as it will be the first of this gen Persona, and that'll be amazing. |

There's no date to my knowledge so far. The game itself still in development.
That'd be pretty nice if it was more on-your-toes action. You'll certainly have to think out your strategy quicker, which would make it harder. Also, what if they were to add DDS-style combo attacks depending on your Social-Link relationships with fellow party members? Just thinking out loud. And while there's plenty of games on the PS3 that I do want, Persona 5 itself is one of the reasons on my getting a PS3. (Call me SMT Fanboy) |

Not as much as a fanboy as you, but Persona5 is one of the deciding games pending if I will actually get a PS3. And, I know this may be hard to do, but I want to see my options with the main character, and the way you treat your party members, they will treat you the same way. Like I could have an ally who totally hates me because I'm an ass to him/her, and another one love me. That'd be wicked. |

That would be awesome! I'll really like to see how the story goes with that kind of interaction. Since Shoji Meguro's music is epic, I would suggest that they add a Sound Test for when you beat the game. Yeah, the game may come with a soundtrack CD like P3 and P4 did, but I'm willing to bet it'd only contain some of the tracks from the game (like Persona 3 had only 18 tracks, and Persona 4 24 tracks). So a sound test would be very nice. A cutscene dictionary containing all the cutscenes you've watched in the storyline so far would be nice, too. |

| Yeah, different battle music for each unique area would be good. Loved the previous ones, but anything can get repetitive played over and over. |

Good? Definitely. Epic? No. Jeremy Soule's music (Guild Wars, the Elder Scrolls, Company of Heroes, Neverwinter Nights, Baldur's Gate, Knights of the Old Republic, Order of War, Icewind Dale, the Harry Potter games, the list goes on). That's the main menu music for Warhammer Online. The first time I played that game, I shat myself because the music has a lot of energy and definitely sets the mood for the game. It's not from Jeremy Soule (who was my earlier example), but it is most definitely epic. Edited by Mattimeo, 07/08/2010 - 06:05 pm.

| Yeah, that is a pretty epic theme no doubt Mattimeo. I do have to say not all of Meguro's music is epic, though some the tracks are, like The Almighty and Brahman, pretty dang epic. I personally like the tracks of Nobuo Uematsu for epicness, and XIII's music director (I forget his name right now but he did some work for XII too) is pretty awesome also. |
