  • Possible Wii DLC and patch support

Due to convenience reasons, SHS will no longer be operating on this site! We are now located on facebook and are using discord for the chat. For information, our discord chat is here: https://discord.gg/84ue8Vv. It has been a pleasure meeting and serving everyone on this website, but if we wish to move on, we must start fresh in a new location. I hope everyone understands and we hope to see new and old faces. With all that is said and done, SHS is officially up and running again and we had our first tournament on 2/24/2017!! As discussed, we can still hold the 10 year anniversary party. - Thanks for you understanding! With love, Pijy

I never said it was, and that's completely off subject about brawl running out of extra stuff to add.

Well the subject of the topic will "possible Wii DLC and patch support" and that's what I've been talking about. My opinions of the unlikeliness of brawl dlc, and what I think they should do have already been posted. No Avatar

How was I supposed to know it would be construed in that way? I was unaware that the discussion you were having was a particularly heated one, and I just threw my hat into the ring, I never intended to participate in said heated discussion or prove anyone wrong, and I think that this is starting to stray away from the main discussion. if ANY DLC for Brawl, I would like more costumes, NOT CHARACTERS, as I agree with the ruining of future brawls with more characters.

Maybe more trophies too.

Yeah, more characters would obviously ruin it. Different costumes sure. No Avatar

I swear on world tour and guitar hero 5 you could download songs online for a fee. I thought that's why it had this logo on the front Posted Image No Avatar

Patches? Just now?

I haven't used my Wii since I got my XBox, so I've been out of the loop. Is it true that the Wii is just now getting patch support? How have bugs been getting fixed? I'll admit that patches on the XBox are few and far between (compared to patches for PC software), but they usually get the job done. It's embarrassing that a piece of hardware in this day and age wasn't created with patch support.

And for the record, some games for the Wii offered DLC. The lack of DLC on the Wii is due to developers not creating DLC, not because the console can't support it.
