This is an interesting tune. Nothing special til the bass drop at the one minute mark, than the song slows down again at the two minute mark, builds back up and becomes all sorts of awesome when the second bass drop comes in at the three minute mark.

Happens every so often. Especially for Nico re-uploaders. Lots of copyright infringement claims are made by Americans on behalf of Japanese companies. This is notably comical in two ways. First is that re-uploaders use the "fair-usage" disclaimer, thus rendering the claim pretty much meaningless and the uploader often gets their profile restored a month or two later. Second is that, while it's done on behalf of a Japanese company, said Japanese company really doesn't care about our silly copyright laws.
