note also if you dont produce aluminum properly it has impuritys but this is more mans fault due to the fact we try and cut corners

iron peh its usless except maybe for chucking at people its frail easy to shater and rust

Lolwut. It's the reason we can carry oxygen in our blood.No iron, no humans.
Nuff said.
But besides being an indispensable component of buildings, engines, weapons, you name it, yeah, it's pretty useless. =P

I was talking about pure iron, like the stuff that refineries produce. But whatever.

Straight iron isn't very good, but it's still much better than most other metals. It's brittle, but not as brittle as lead, and it oxidizes quickly, but care can be taken to lessen the oxidation process. It's also less hazardous to refine than metals like cobalt, and more commonly found than metals like titanium, making it more useful for the purposes of metal.
