Since this is an off-topic thread, this post wil consist of the most random thing I can think of. Edgar Allan Poe's "The Cask of Amontillado" features a crazy man named Montresor who exacts a gruesome revenge on an unfortunate idiot ironically named Fortunato. Montresor has three Laws of Revenge that must be followed in order to have a perfect revenge, like Newton's laws or Kepler's laws, they must not be broken. LAW 1. The revenger must escape punishment. For example, terrorists who suicide bomb embassies are not commiting true revenge, because they suffer as well by dying in the process. LAW 2. The victim must know who is committing the revenge, and for what offense. For example, planting a car bomb is not a good way to get revenge because the victim won't live long enough to figure out why he is being revenged upon. LAW 3. The revenge must be much greater than the original offense for which the victim is punished. For example, if a man steals your wallet, you must track him down, steal every cent he owns, kill his family, then bury him alive in their corpses. Only then will you have truly achieved revenge. Montresor's revenge satisfies all three laws. He lures Fortunato into a crypt and walls him up, where he'll suffocate over the course of several hours. Montresor escapes punishment since he talks about his revenge 50 years later, satisfying the first law. Fortunato had quite some time to think about why he was being revenged upon, satisfying the second law. Finally, the offense for which Fortunato died was the offense of being drunk and making a couple slightly rude comments, thus satisfying the third law. |

I noticed something while I was recording all the Skirmish Commanders. This is Big Deal, for example. He is the commander in the last Skirmish mission, named Big Deal after him.![]() And this is the Uninfected leader. Do these two completely unrelated individuals share an uncanny resemblance? What is the reason for this? Was Flashbacker simply being lazy, or is this a deliberate clue about the Uninfected leader's origins?

Neither I think. Maybe he liked the shape, and decided to use it for the leader as well. Besides, if he was truly lazy, they'd both have the same types of parts as well. |

Perhaps. The Uninfected Leader does sort of like like an upgraded Big Deal. Although, as Sergent Rick said, I could have just been that they have a similar design. This sort of reminds me of the banner on the old forum, where it was an uninfected version of |

I noticed that. Perhaps Flashbacker just likes the design of The Infected Leader, who knows? Also: |
