For question 16 you're close, but not quite there. Same for question 17.

17: 916.7 rpm

1986.2537 RPM (assuming that you meant 22" diameter tires rather than the wheels) for 17.

Well, Spar got number 17 right. I'm not sue about number 16, I must double-check.
