I get tons of parts I never use. Level 1 and 2 parts are all sold unless there is no level 3 for that part, like Core Heal, Bullet or Disrupt. Also, the level 2 torpedo is more efficient than the level 3. Some level 3 parts like shell boosts and other useless things get sold. It tuns out you can get a lot for these parts. I have like 40k credits in episode 2.

ok thanks but one more question for now... why did they put restrctions on passive spawning weapons and skills?

By 'they' I assume you mean FB.

Probably to make the game harder.

And perhaps so you would not be able to get over a hundred Bullet 2's (Spar would), or Disrupt 2's, or massive Energy Regen. Still be nice to see how the game would turn out though.

Considering this forum is less than a year old that's not surprising. Also considering that until very recently you were just a lurker it's even less surprising.

The time someone joins is rather unimportant for moderators. If you believed otherwise you are clearly delusional. The only way someone could become a mod is if they use such good grammar that they impress the admins, and they are reasonable and non-spammy.
