If you are a newborn, and you are reading this, allow me to welcome you to the forum on behalf of all staff! We are an active community consisting of die-hard fans and followers with nothing better to do. Please, feel free to roam around the forum, and post relative posts wherever you feel like. However, there are of course ground rules. Ground Rules 1. Only post if you have something to say concerning the topic at hand. For example, in the Shellcore Command Comic thread, do not post "I like pizza" unless a) a recent comic somehow involves pizza, or b) the conversation at hand involves pizza. 2. Spam is frowned upon heavily here. Don't do it! 3. Directly harassing any member is also frowned upon, and will result in immediate retribution. 4. Profanity is permitted, even "fuck" is allowed, but do not post profanity in all caps with an entire line of exclamation points. Especially if it's directed at a member. 5. Please attempt to use proper grammar on the forum. "I really like Shellcore Command" is easier to read than "I rly lik shelcore command". If your grammar is especially bad, then a member of the staff will edit it back to understandability. More on that later. 6. Do not make a new thread if what you're trying to get across can be stated in the shoutbox. 7. Asking for a staff position will likely guarantee that you won't get the position. If we need new staff, you'll know. 8. Do not revive a thread that's been left alone for more than a month unless you have relevant information to post. We mean it. 9. Spar regularly removes inactive accounts. If you've never posted and haven't visited in at least three months, your account may get deleted. Staff Editing We staff have the ability to edit your posts, and we occasionally exercise that power, mainly to improve a member's grammar. You'll be able to tell who edited it two ways. First, you might see a short message stating "Edited by [Staff Name], [Date/Time]". Second, and the more distinctive, any corrections we make are generally highlighted in the color of the staff member. They are as follows. Synergy DarkWingedDaemon ion496 Deceleration Spar Videogama Here's an example of just what we can do, with the first post of the hi. don't read this. thread. So, follow these rules, and you will live a long and fruitful forum life. I would advise making an introduction in this very forum to get started. Enjoy! |

I'll have to look through the Admin CP. Maybe, maybe not. |
