He tries to escape by teleporting much further away AND FAILS MISERABLY LIKE INFECT IS TRYING TO FAIL EPICALLY. In other words; You caught him.

However, your core immediately barrages your mind with error messages into the millions as entire systems go offline with the Singularity's corruption. You attack it with a battle of wills, but it somehow becomes stronger. You sandbox everything with a billion passwords and enough unreadable captchas with direct-denial access, but he breaks through them by damaging the hardware. Your Coreite internally sloshes around, trying to stay back from the Singularity.
You are uncomfortably expulsed from your own shellcore, but forcibly get back in after slamming the singularity minion with your banhammer several times. You obliterate him with gravity, he comes back with malware, you hack him to death with firewalls, he respawns with an ice axe. Such and such, until you feel like you are weakening.

Try teleporting to the Staff Plane, where it can't follow. The rest of us are safe inside a city several megasectors away because you charged ahead and forgot to bring the rest of us.

*Infect him with the "Jack The Ripper", "Coreite Lock" and, "Zeus" viruses. While consuming drones to strengthen myself and, produce Hacker(TM) 9001 parts.*

You accidentally get hit by backlash from the files being bounced because you deleted the Singularity. You now have a virus bouncing around in your core, but the antimalware should fix that. However, you feel the influence remaining. It whispers, oh so softly.

Listen to the whispers.

The babble is incomprehensible for a bit, but after the pestilent go-to-the-staff area requests secede, the whisper roars quietly. Find the First Core's ruins, and awake what is within.
You hear a faint ping as credits are uploaded to your account for the mission.

I'd do a second story but it'd take too much time for this tablet.

Head back to the city and, finish the mission. Then go to the archives and, search for information about the First Core's ruins.

You do so.

The First Core; Original Shellcorea. The home of the Corelings. Destroyed by the Singularity during the cycle before the equivalent Coreling RP, Light Arms Fire, Heavy Arms Fire, Actual shellcores, comics, Infect, everything. This roleplay is in a seperate continuity from all the current ones.A cycle is the universe before or after this one., in this case before.

The Coreling Elder Citadel of the Guardian, Chief Elder High Lord Leader of the Corelings. Destroyed. The Core chamber is a mere empty energy extracion shell, or half of it. Cleaved apart by the enemy, an old hulking ruin. Shells of Corelings can still be found there. <sector coordinates here> is the location.

Head to the coordinates specified in the entry.

rockboy3970

Build myself 50 Railguns that rip over shells and into the cores of enemies. And 50 Missie Swarm launchers that launch a lot of little missiles. Then a OMGWTFBBQ Infinite Indestructible Energy Generator.
Then Follow DWD.

This RP is way out of hand, But meh.

You go there, crossing the billions of megasectors, and.
You're there. Only a little fragment of blue light remains, fizzling from old Coreling lampposts and crystal farms. The surviving crystals went wild, growing forth to encompass the old energy extraction shell, and beginning to reform the Core. A few spawners lay there, almost inactive. You see the Pink Leader only a megasector away redeploying the Neutrality city. Damn, she's as fast as you are when actually putting up an effort to move.

A spawner fizzles and out pops a baby Coreling. The newborn flies over to you, picks a crystal, docks in one of your drone bays (How else are you supposed to carry your massive army of drones and slightly smaller shellcores when you're moving so fast?!) , and says "Daddy?"

Congrats. You've been forced to adopt a Coreling. Her name is... *checks heaven registry* Hope.
Another newborn spawns. Now Hope has a brother. His name is... Will.
You now have two newborns resting in your drone bay, gradually growing crystals.

Drop them off in the city with your also-coreling neighbor or someone else so you don't have to take care of them?

ROCKBOY- You do all that stuff and put it on because really, what yard will want to carry a generator fifty times bigger than himself? Also, DWD is a megasector away, accidentally being forced to adopt two newborn Corelings, although he'll probably throw them at your neighbor as punishment for him throwing minidrone grenades at you.

Another Tale

And so, Spirit continued her pilgrimage, into the Great Green Dream Hills. Her immortal companions followed, glad to be in a happier place. She followed the path, greeted every now and then by a passing person, a singing flower, or even the trees themselves. She flew happily along the white brick road, the one that leads to the Mountain Of Hope. The road was long but easy, Spirit laughing as she raced along the road, sweeping past herds of unicorn centaurs swimming like swans in the lake. And so, she came to the mountain.

Sorry for ignoring you rockboy, but I had to go to my mom's friend's anniversary party. For lunch. In a different city. With at least an hour drive away.

DWD- Edit accident there. Rockboy now has a gun that shoots some of the feminine cores who rockboy spawns from an internal spawner, and then those cores shoot tons of missiles and other firepower before returning to their bay. Yes, a gun that shoots shellcores that shoot weapons at enemies 'n' stuff.

By the way, everyone in the party is really big right now.
