Heya peeps! I'm not sure whether this should be in here or general discussion, as it does have some WB implications, but is mainly me being nosy.

But, yeah, I was interested in what you imagine your characters homebase to be like? A cramped apartment, a decent house, or do they just sleep in their office like every good noir worker?

I guess I'll go first with Katarina's housing;

Her house nestles between the Jenkins' holdings and the East End, a small, two storey house with a large cellar that used to hold wine, but is now used to hold the equally old paperwork amassed by the family. The layout is fairly simple, if a little cramped for the three people who inhabit it. Thankfully, the two brothers are rarely around, and Katarina manages to keep everything tidied away in nooks and crannies. The house has two bedrooms, one of which holds the two brothers, the other acting as both a guest room and Kat's quarters. As such, what little decor is placed in the room is decidedly neutral and plain, except for the small desk and Underwood typewriter that sits in one corner. Everything in the room is, if you were to look hard enough, either carefully refurbished second hand goods (The typewriter is atleast ten years behind current models, and the desk older than that, though it isn't blatantly obvious), or, though it is a great point of personal shame for Katarina, stolen and fenced goods.

Well, Urm, sorry there wasn't much to that, Kat isn't exactly well off!

Haven't looked into it much, but Robert Hammond lives in a shitty apartment on the poor side of the city, testament to his lack of meaningful employment. Probably two rooms.
