I just FINALLY finished watching Season 2 of Bad Girls, and started Season 3. Since they're only starting to show Season 2 here in the US, I had to buy a freakin' special DVD player and then order the DVDs from the UK in order to watch them, but damn...Simone on screen makes it all worth it!

I was disappointed, however, I thought the love scene between Helen and Nikki was going to be...I don't know...MORE. Crying or Very sad I was REALLY looking forward to it too!

Damn, but Simone is great in this show. I haven't seen her in anything else, but I don't need to. The intensity she brings across as Helen Stewert is enough to convince me that her talent is vast!

Cheers, Simone fans!

When you make a mistake, don't look back at it long. Take the reason of the thing into your mind and then look forward. Mistakes are lessons of wisdom.

Now you weren't expecting something like Bette/Tina in the L Word were you? Wink I'm in the US also and have been watching the UK dvd sets.. only halfway through season 2 but I've already sneaked a peek at what's to come.. I get what you're saying about the scenes between H/N but its tv over there so I guess it has to be somewhat less explicit than what Showtime over here can get away with. It kind of surprised me that the deleted scene was removed from the actual aired version.. it definitely wasn't over the top of what they can get away with. Tipping the Velvet was a miniseries and much more explicit.

Heh....I think a lot of us were hoping for the L Word aspect when it came to the Helen/Nikki scenes.
But think of it this way..we get a happy ending for them!!!

Actully there was a more intensed scene of the love making between nikki and Helen, but it got deleted.

I donīt know why. But It might not got throught the UK cencor in year 2000 or 1999 when it was first aired in The UK.

Remember that showing lesbian love then was a new phenomen.

Hopefully "The L word" open up the cencors minds and hopfully they now see the lesbian love and lovemaking as exquistie and butieful as we do.
