Don't mess with JS
It dawns on me that we've never heard whether or not Jonathan will appear in this one. All we ever heard for certain is that he wouldn't be in the last two, which would imply that he'll be back again next week. But if JS was so busy just getting ready to direct the episode, would he actually have time to appear in it? Other actors have directed themselves, of course -- in fact, I'm pretty sure JS has directed himself before -- but I'd like to know for certain if anyone has heard anything about this. Thanks!

(Of course, if he IS there, I hope he's not quite as much of an emotional wreck as he was the last time we saw him!!)

He'll be back soon! I have faith, and sometimes it's all it takes. If not, we'll torture the WB together ;)

For all those suffering from Jonathan drought, don't forget JS's new miniseries starts tonight. It's not actually Jonathan, of course -- in fact, according to JS himself, the guy starts out as kind of a loser -- but I guess it'll do for the moment!

I saw part one last night. He always palys a dad now and I don't think he was too bad. Of coursehe always seems to get kids who can't get along with him.

Yes, maybe "loser" was too strong a word. It did seem like he hadn't been around much for his daughter before this, but he was definitely starting to develop all those fatherly, Jonathan-like qualities as the story progressed! I'm looking forward to seeing what happens to him and his daughter in tonight's installment.

I got a kick out of the scene where he drove off into the woods, even if it was a little out of place in the middle of a disaster movie. "Yahooo!" :) It's awfully nice to have JS whooping and laughing instead of being depressed and tormented for a change!
