There’s a LOT here, guys, so I may have made a few mistakes. Please correct me if you spot any errors. Thanks.

We start with lots of season 4 clips. (Annette got to do the “Previously on ‘Smallville.’” Go Annette!)

Talon apartment—Genevieve surprises Lana and demands the stone Lionel gave her, then pulls a gun; Lana takes her stone out of her purse but then starts fighting (Genevieve fights really well for someone who isn’t a teenaged princess of kung-fu!); out pops Isobel and stabs her to death with the stone; the tattoo disappears and Lana’s back with blood on her hands; looks up to see Lex in the doorway

Kent farm—Clark wakes up to find the lights and appliances going haywire; goes out with Shelby to see northern lights that fuse into one giant light; suddenly wakes up for real to see his parents asking what he was yelling about

Space—a huge rock breaks apart, and we see a digital timer counting down

(Note: There’s a lot of shots of meteors and countdowns in this. I won’t mention them all, or I’d never get done.)

Mansion—Lex tries to calm Lana and tells her to stay there and talk to no one till a lawyer can get there; she starts to freak about her stone but he says it’s still safe in her purse; a servant comes to get him

Kent kitchen—Clark thinks the dream was a warning; as the Kents talk, Lois comes down and joins in; she tells them her father’s taking her to Europe to look for Lucy; she spars with Clark a bit but thanks the Kents and calls them the mom and dad she always wanted (awwww, I’m all gooshy inside!)

Apartment—Lex finds Lionel there; Lionel offers to trade Lana’s freedom for the stone that she has

Meteors head for earth; a techie somewhere picks them up on a monitor

Loft—Clark works on his tie and Lois helps him; they discuss their futures and tease each other as usual

Graduation—Clark and Chloe wonder where Lana is; Clark receives his diploma (very badly filmed, that scene; they could have made much more of it); the Army arrives and tells everyone to evacuate; Chloe decides to go look for Lana, and Clark sees her and Lois off

Farm—Jonathan and Martha are packing when Clark comes in and tells them he has to do something to stop it

Loft—Clark gets the key, then Lex pops up behind him to offer the family a ride out on his jet; Clark declines; Lex starts quizzing him about the secret room in the cave and Clark lies

Cave—JE tells Clark he’s denied his heritage and is responsible for letting humans get the stones; he says that blood staining one of them has caused this disaster to happen (Oh, for the love of Mike. Couldn’t he just ONCE say something that made sense?), and that Clark has to unite the three stones

Farm—the Kents are getting ready to leave; Clark tells them what he has to do; Jonathan and Martha cry, but J. gives him a lovely little speech finishing with “Make us proud” and they both hug him

Barn—Clark finds Lana, who gives him her stone and says she’s not sure what’s going to happen to her; he sees the blood and she asks him to trust her; they exchange “I love yous” and kiss, and she walks off holding her stomach (Wow, is he that bad a kisser?)

Mansion—Lana’s leaving Chloe a message when Lex once again pops up; he wants to put her stone in the mansion’s vault and fly her out on a chopper; she says she can’t give him the stone

Farm—the Kents are leaving when a bloodied Jason stops them and pulls a gun, demanding to know where Clark is

In a traffic jam, Chloe says she thinks she heard Lex in the background of Lana’s call; they weave through traffic but get stopped by a soldier; Lois pulls the “General’s daughter” card and starts berating him while Chloe sneaks off

Cave—Clark brings in the stone

Mansion—Lex tells Lionel he hasn’t seen Lana; offers to help Lionel find where the stones fit; Lionel says he doesn’t have one

Cave—Clark inserts the stone, which apparently calls to Lionel’s

Mansion—Lionel’s breast pocket lights up and he has a seizure; Lex goes to him and gets blown across the room; Lionel’s unconscious (but with eyes open) when Lex comes back to him; Lex tells the servant to take him upstairs, and quietly tells Lionel he’s created the son he always wanted

The stone that fell from Lionel's pocket smokes, Lex stares at it, and Clark hears it

Mansion—Clark zips in and takes the stone from the vault, but collapses because there’s kryptonite in there

Farm—Jason forces Martha to tie Jonathan’s hands, and threatens them both with the gun

Mansion lawn—the chopper lands; Lex and Lana argue over the stone again; he grabs her purse and looks for it; she gets ticked off and he tries to go back to being compassionate, concerned Lex; sends her off in the chopper

Mansion—Chloe finds Clark unconscious and drags him to safety; guess who pops up again? That’s right, Lex the Perpetual Popper. He doesn’t see Clark, who comes to and zips out; Lex sees the stone is gone from the vault; Chloe denies knowing anything; Lex gets mad and drags her off to help him find it

Farm—Jason threatens to shoot Martha if Jonathan doesn’t spill; J. tells M. to tell him; while she starts making something up, Jonathan manages to attack Jason, and the two Kents together fight him (GREAT fight scene!); Jason gets them both at gunpoint again, then a meteor crashes into the house

Meteors start hitting the road and the vehicles; Clark saves a little boy who got separated from his dad and was just staring at the meteor about to hit him (must have Lang blood in him); gives him to his dad and speeds off

Lana’s chopper crashes

Cave—Clark puts in the stone; the three form a crystal that rises; Clark grabs it

Entry to the cave—Lex drags Chloe in; they see a light and she pushes him down and runs to see what’s happening; they both see someone disappearing in a flash of light

Mansion--Lionel's lying in bed unconscious; little Kryptonian symbols start whirling around in his right eye

Clark’s in the Arctic

On the road—Lois pulls off and runs over to see the meteors hitting the town; she starts to cry

In a field—Lana pulls herself free from the wreck; she apparently has a wounded leg, which I’m sure she’ll find some way to blame Clark for; sees a crater and stares at some huge ship-looking thing in it, which apparently starts to open

Arctic—the crystal flies out of Clark’s hand; he grabs it and throws it, and it goes flying

Clois and Chlark, I love both!
If the ship did suck Lana into space that would rock, but if she sits there and looks at it and whatever IS in there comes out and sees her only TPTB knows what will happen, though we all know Al Gough and Miles Millar would never kill off "The Pinkett", so as long as Smallville is on she'll be there!!

Season 4's finale was very good.

That's was sort of weird that everyone in the city was freaking out about the meteor shower coming except for Clark.

Clark was taking is merry little time getting those Kryptonian Power Stones together, while the city was being torn into by falling rocks from space.

You don't see any look of concern on Clark's face. He doesn't run inside the room in the Cave either. He is in no rush to put those stones together, and he was also in no rush to throw that Kryptonite Crystal Diamond into the ice either.

Man, Clark only had 45 minutes to save the city from being torn into from a meteor shower, and he looked like he didn't even care at all.

Also, that bit that Jor-El told Kal-El in the Cave about Clark not finding the stones in time, and that human blood got on one of the stones is why Zod's army came to Earth.

Man, you talk about spanking your children for disobeying?! :waggle:
