Creating Factions and Hives As has been stated all over the place, the reason behind a faction is completely up to its creator or creators, though we do ask that they stay within reason. We don’t exactly need a Faction that’s NWO involves shaving cream, rubber duckies, and ten Doberman pinchers per capita… … Which, for the purpose of this topic, we’ll say has already been proposed to us. Once approved, the new faction is given a base forum in the North, South, East, or West. This forum will act as its base of operations. If a Faction loses its base, its forum is lost and the entire Faction operates in a single topic. Ouchies. Factions have their own profiles, though they are much shorter than Character profiles:
Only the first six fields need be filled out when starting a Faction, however, the remaining fields must be filled once the Faction is approved and given a forum. Factions are only approved once they have at least two Players in the ranks. If gathering another player seems to take too long, the Faction starter can opt to start a Hive, or join another Faction while leaving his in Organize to possibly attract some attention. Players wishing to enter their character in a Hive need only post the profile in a topic in the North, South, East, or West. That topic will also serve as the Hive’s base topic. Hives do not need NWO. If Factions or Hives are created in-game (by siege or otherwise), a profile should be made in organize, and a GM or Admin should be contacted in order to adjust forums and topics. Hive or Faction, the owner is responsible for keeping track of eSource and GNPC. |

...And, don't be afraid to contact us if you have any suggestions, or problems, or questions, or if you really like an idea, but don't know if it's fair or allowed. ^^ We're happy to work with you on said idea; our rules are just guidelines so long as you're willing to talk to us about it, first... | |
