SCAMMERS: we can not be, in any way shape or form, be responsible for ANY for sale on this forum. it is up to the discretion of the buyer to make sure that products, vechicles, etc sold on this site are what they have intended to buy. since local, it is recommended to first check out what you are looking to buy first in person. NO EBAY LINKS: these links will be deleted and the thread may be closed. this is scott's rule from the beginning and if you think it should be allowed take it up with him. CORRECT SECTION!!: we have it sorted out that way so that it keeps things more organized. please make sure to post your for sales and trades in the proper place, as well as wanted and cars/vehicles for sale. NO OFF TOPIC CLUTTER: yes, all of our threads get off topic from time to time, but when we're looking to sell our stuff i know we all want it gone and fast. keeping the mess out will help new members that haven't seen the thread yet be able to find out what exactly is going on (ie. is it still for sale). if theres too many OT posts it may make it hard for items to get sold, and nobody here wants that. BUMPING: since we are a relatively small forum and our classifides threads dont go into tons of pages, i ask that you only bump your thread at the most once a day. (some may say even I bump alot, but that has and will change) please keep it to a minimum. PICTURES: though not 100% necessary since we are all usually pretty local and know what eachother have, a good picture of the item you are trying to sell DOES help others who do not know us all as well. a picture posting tutorial for the internet can be found here: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...hreadid=110137 PRICE: AGAIN, this is NOT EBAY. NO bidding allowed. please post an asking price and if you want it to sell fast then make it "OBO" or OR BEST OFFER. again this keeps things flowing nicely and makes it so things can clear out for new threads to come in. CROSS-POSTING: please dont do it. if you have a thread with one thing for sale then make a thread with other things and include the other thing it just makes a mess. keep things together, trust me its more of a pain to try and manage 3 threads than one, its just easier. please keep it to a minimum and edit your old post for adding items. PM me and i can change your thread title to include the new items. TITLE: Please be fairly descriptive in your title. NO "TONS OF JUNK" type of titles. let us know what you have so it makes it easier and faster to find what you're looking for. this can only help, not hurt. CONTACT INFO: please dont forget to list how you'd like to be contacted. maybe you have a life and arent on here all day, but you do however check your email often. itd be smart to make sure you post that you'd like to receive emails about interest in what you have for sale or else others may get fed up trying to contact you with no luck. and as always be pretty reasonable. we're all in this for the same reasons of modding and having fun, etc. dont be a jackass reasonable prices, reasonable offers. anything but just causes conflit and problems OTHER GUIDELINES: yes, we are all pretty local and now eachother well, but there are always things too be careful with when dealing with buying on an internet forum. just be careful even if it is all pretty local: Buyer- *Look at the post number and/or join date. *Ask about location if not posted. It should be posted! *Ask arround about the seller! *Do not send any money/funds if you have at least a little doubt about the transaction. *Always ask for valid tracking numbers. Even postal service Delivery Confirmation is cheap. *If contact with seller is lost for a 3 attempts, File a claim with Paypal or Postal Police (if MONEY ORDER was used). Seller- *Look at the post number and/or join date. *Ask about location if not posted. It should be posted! *Ask arround about the buyer! *Do not send any parts/goods if you have at least a little doubt about the transaction. *Always provide valid tracking numbers. Even postal service Delivery Confirmation is cheap. and i dont think this would happen here, but if you lose contact with a seller for more 3 attempts the general rule is to start taking action before its too late. but we're all pretty close so i dont think this is gonna happen anything u think that should be here that i missed?
