WAPPR



Select Route workflow



Select Create Work Order



Go to> Administration> Resources> Person Groups



Enter the Approval Group number and Search for the group



You'll get the number from the Ticket Owner group



If no one is available in the group contact the manager, the person on the top

When the owner group is blank go to advance search and go to Member/Alternate then click find to search by user ID to know the group

To know what's happening and the updates for the ticket just click on the logs

Latest notes is always on top
