So I've been reasonably successful with my 2 main decks; one's a paladin Aggro and the other is Shaman Control. My ain problem with both is priest cheese. Neither deck has a great answer for turn 1 northshire cleric, especially if it gets followed by injured blademaster. (except rockbiter weapon). I'll post my decklists here, any tips or ideas? Paladin Aggro aka Uther Smash!: 2x argent squire 2x leper gnome 2x blessing of might 2x abusive sergeant 2x knife juggler 2x argent protector 2x equality 2x bluegill warrior 2x wolfrider 2x arcane golem 2x divine favor 2x blessing of kings 2x consecrate 2x truesilver Champion 1x hammer of Wrath 1x Avenging Wrath Shaman Heavy Control aka Mainboard 2x rockbiter weapon 2x loot hoarder 1x ancestral spirit 1x sunfury protector 2x stormforged Axe 2x Hex 2x lightning Storm 2x unbound Elemental 2x Feral Spirit 2x defender of Argus 2x Chilwind yeti 1x spellbreaker 2x azure Drake 1x Earth Elemental 2x fire elemental 2x Argent Commander Sylvanas Windrunner Ragnaros The Firelord |

I don't recommend netdecking at all. What i suggest is that you find your style that you prefer and build accordingly. If you tend to put a lot of early game cards in your decks than build a rush deck, though shaman rushdown has fallen in popularity since the early days of murloc bloodlust glory. The shaman control deck I run can be made cheaper quite easily: drop the sylvanas and ragnaros and replace them with a boulderfist ogre and a stormwind champion. The earth elementals can be replaced with frostwolf warlords. |

well generally you want to be focusing on controlling the board ie making your minions better than your opponent's minions and having card advantage, but in a rush deck the focus is on reducing your opponent's life as quickly as possible. Cards like Leper Gnome and Soulfire are great for rushdown decks because they deal a lot of damage for a small amount of mana and that's what you want to go for, that's why so many decks run leeroy jenkins since he's 6 damage for 4 mana. |
