To start and see who is the winner of these or if they tie I'm adding a poll to them now so lets see who officially is the winner. |

Shouldn't a tie be an option in the poll? Anyways, I have found out Zoro knows Kenbunshoku Haki (Observation) in addition to Busoshoku Haki (Armament). This tips the battle in his favour as he should be able to anticipate Kenshin's attacks. He wouldn't be able to avoid them because of Kenshin's speed but he would be able to protect himself through Busoshoku Haki - repelling all damage. Zoro would be able to get it off in time because he has shown an extremely fast reaction speed - such as reacting to Kuma's attacks. Kenbunshoku Haki also gives him an edge in offense as he can anticipate Kenshin's movement even if Kenshin is too quick for his eyes. Zoro uses Kenbunshoku Haki: Spoiler: click to toggle He was able to sense Caribou, who was in another part of the castle. Zoro uses Busoshoku Haki: Spoiler: click to toggle This is the only way to wound a logia user. All in all, I think Zoro would win this 6 or 7 times out of 10 - maybe more. I only see Kenshin winning if he can blitz Zoro before Zoro can invoke his hakis, or if Zoro refuses to use his hakis because of his swordsman's pride. |

In terms of experience Kenshin would have the upper hand in the first place, he has fought many people already. His speed and agility are way over Zoro's, even if Zoro can see him he might not be able to do anything about his moves. |

My point is that Zoro doesn't need to do anything about Kenshin's moves. By covering himself with Busoshoku Haki, he would have made himself invulnerable to Kenshin's attacks. His Kenbunshoku Haki will also allow him to find the approximate timing of Kenshin's attack - increasing the probability of Kenshin getting cut down. If this was a measure of fighting ability, Kenshin would win hands down. Unfortunately, it isn't; it's a battle to the death, and Zoro has a set of abilities not found in the Rurouni Kenshin universe - I do not think Kenshin can get past Haki without Haki or a Devil Fruit ability like Law's (and he has neither). To GamingxParadise - Is Zoro in-character, i.e, would he refuse to use Haki because of his pride? I believe Haki is the deciding factor here and, as of now, I am assuming Zoro will exploit it to its full potential. |

The problem for me is that I dont know if we have seen Zoros full strength or speed yet. Zoro can bicep curl 10 ton with 1 arm, the force of a swing from his sword must be massive. Could Kenshin block an attack that powerful? Even if he could, could he block triple that force? Then there are Zoros ranged attacks that can slice through a building with ease and move faster than the speed of sound. Then there is Zoros durability, he has taken hundreds of cuts, and had broken bones and still continued to fight and be victorious each time. Even with potentially fatal wounds. Zoro has the speed to dodge Kumas almost instant attack PTS while fatigued and injured. At full strength after the skip I wonder how fast he has gotten. Zoro has been training since the age of 8 with a sword and has fought many powerful and skilled opponents in his time. Combine his physical abilities and his experience with his Haki and I don't see how Kenshin can win. |
