I want every team to be the best they can be for season 6. I realize that a lot of teams have more helpers than others and the staff wants to mitigate that. You have all been welcome to ask any of the staff members for advice, but we are looking to go one step further. Many of the staff are willing to become pseudo-supporters during this off season to any team that requests it. This means we will act as a supporter for your team and be in your thread on a regular bases helping you build your team for season 6. While I don't claim that the staff members are all knowing when it comes to making a good team, we have a lot of experience behind us and have a very good handle on what works or what does not work. You should understand that many of the staff have their own teams that they coach or support. While we give you our word that will not affect how we help you, it is up to you to accept that or not. I love my Earth Defenders, but I believe that the stronger every team is, the stronger the league is, and will do anything I can to strengthen even rivals (short of telling you my own teams plans). The people on the staff are there because they proved to me that they also share similar views about wanting to help the league as a whole. With that said, know that we completely understand if you do not need or do not want our help. Any team who does, however, have your coach say so below. If you are a coach, ask your team to see what they think, if you are not a coach, bring it up in your thread. This should be something the team decides on. We are not quite sure how we will treat this yet. We may assign certain teams to certain staff members, or we may just float around so you get help from several staffers. Either way, we promise to help you build your team the best we can during this off season and make season 6 a whole new level of competition! |

I would find the admin's advice to be quite helpful, and I think this is a good idea. I'll go post about it to the rest of the supporters for the Rugrats.

Then you must fight Mesmeri to the death ![]() But seriously, there is a thread for coach tryouts in the general discussion area. That being said, the Nameks currently have a coach so you're SOL there. Edited by xsithspawnx, Jul 12 2014, 09:55 PM.

Well, my team is silent on this matter. So, I'll just say, yes, we would like a staff member to join us for the off-season to help us prepare for season 6. |

We're all for some extra help. If there's a choice between staff members however, we'd prefer a neutral staff member (someone who isn't currently on a team). |

Exactly but some teams need more help than others like the new coaches will need most likely a jump start with help from the staff then will dive in to the rest of the main season on their own some however like derp and cold who did pretty good season 4 but had a rough patch this season for all we know might need help throughout the whole sixth season who knows |

If I end up being a new coach I would prefer to do it without any help, personally. Except for the help I would get from my team of course. |
