Got us 8 dominating wins in a row with our constant support barrage. Maximize percentages! The AI will do their thing if they have the moment. Increase the % scenarios of their attacks and the AI will then dominate.

Builds Turles Build [Tien] (4) Power Body [will completely nullify Majuub melee] (1) Unleash Ki [Slight protection against clashes. Will be useful if Turles ends up switching for a later opponent as well as going up against Chiaotzu] (2) Dende’s Healing [Slight Health Regen if Majuub can get that occasional attack in despite Turles Power Body]
General Overview : Turles is meant to counter Majuub’s melee and Majuub’s energy volley spam. Power Nody will completely negate Majuub’s melee. Dende’s Healing is to give regen to any possible Volley that hits, which I decreased by the use of a Rush user as well as Power Body which protects against melee combos which leads to Ki charge / B2 follow ups. Negate Majuub’s melee and the entire character is negated basically. Unleash Ki is to protect against Rush clashes against other opponents in case of switches from both sides.
King Vegeta Build [Tien] (4) Eternal Life (1) Savior (1) Super +1 [As stated in Scouter Vegeta’s Build [fourth], I am not fond of minus effects. Super +1 is perfect.] (1) Light Body [Light Body has two benefits. The first is the ability to charge without interruption from common energy balls. The second benefit, which I “love” is that the the moment the opponent starts using his simple energy balls will open him up to a instant distance covering B2 to the face. And who’s King Vegeta’s main opponent? Chaiotzu, known extended-Energy ball user. Just opens up the % of a B2 hitting even more.]
General Overview : Eternal Life is to extend King Vegeta’s battle duration, which increases the % of Chiaotzu self-destructing. Savior, instant MAX, is much needed on a Super user. Super +1 to boost Supers. Light Body to get the two effects stated in the potara strategy above. A potential switch from King Vegeta will give another free initial Max as well as Eternal Life healing when waiting in tag selection.
Bardock Build [Tien] (1) Ki +1 [loves to use B2’s but loves to charge as well. Ki +1 will make his charge deadly, and if he B1’s with the charge bonus, then he gets a double charge bonus. Pure death. (1) Savior (2) Power of Rage [again, protection from high-potential clashes against Gohan] (2) Kibito’s Secret Art [Mage potaras should ALWAYS go on the third character, as well, Bardock is already boosted to max at this point and team help is much needed] (1) Proof of Friendship [increase % of switching]
General Overview : Bardock is my MVP with Tien AI. Bardock is powerful, he’s the perfect beam user. I have boosted his strengths [Ki +1, Savior] to maximize his B2 usages and Ki bars, which he will need with Tien AI, Power of Rage to protect against any beam clashes [beam clash damage = bad], given him Mage powers at 3rd position [perfect position for Kibito’s Secret Art] for the entire team, and finally given him easy switch-out [Proof of Friendship]. The minus effect of PoF is nothing since Bardock is third string, and if he switches out, he will most likely come out last. If he comes out after our 4th, it’s still no big deal since the possibility of a second switch-out is “highly-unlikely” (%’s) This build is not just meant to maximize Bardock’s Strengths, not just to add Mage powers in the perfect slot for my team, but also meant to outclass Teen Gohan, who I consider to be my opponents strongest member. Again, Bardock is my MVP out of my dominant team.
Scouter Vegeta Build [Tien] (1) Quick Charge [Quick Gallick Gun] (2) Dende’s Healing [Little bit of regen for the occasional Samousen hit] (1) Indignation [simple super boosts] (2) Def +3 Attack -1 [While I do hate giving any [minus] to my players stats, with a B2 specialist, attack is something I am willing to give up for Def +3, which added with Dende’s Healing is simply deadly. Samousen = nothing. (1) Rising Fighting Spirit [Enter match and immediate B2 hopefully]
General Overview : Tambourine is their tank who happens to have a long range B2. Scouter Vegeta is meant to have just as long of range. The quick charge boost is there for faster Ki recovery, again, to maximize B2 usages. Dende’s Healing & Def +3 is to completely neutralize Samousen. Indignation to increase supers as health goes down.
Nappa [Tien] [I personally love Nappa’s B2. It’s equivalent to a Minato Teleportation Rasengan, except Nappa retains his distance]
(1) Light Body [Energy volley protection when charging Ki. Maximize Nappa Teleportation-Rasengan Style B2 % of hitting, especially if opponent is standing still sending out energy boll volleys] (1) Rising Fighting Spirit [Quick B2] (3) High Tension [Restore Ki naturally at high pace. If Pilaf has Power Body, High Tension is a must in order to restore Ki naturally when battling up-close and has no time to charge.] (2) Def +2
General Overview Nappa is my final fighter to go up against, either Pilaf [an android], or whoever switched out from their team [worst case scenario is Teen Gohan, due to Savior + Nasty Kamehameha, as as well, Light Body is a major counter to Teen Gohan’s excessive use of fast-extended-energy volleys, again leaving Gohan or any energy-blast user standing still open to immediate B2 from Nappa. As well, if Teen Gohan pulls a Kamehameha and waits to charge that thing, he opens himself up to Nappa’s instant distance-covering B2. Teen Gohan switch Worst case scenario is now protected against.] If Nappa goes up against Pilaf, His High tension will help intensely against Power Body, which is the smart move to put onto Pilaf who loves staying up-close and giving his opponent no time to charge. Protection! Again, increase % of immediate B2 usage with Rising Fighting Spirit. As well, the double defense from Def +2 is extremely effective.

Conclusion
I would love this blessing to become captain of the Saiyans. I have experienced the feeling of leading a team with Fear and I love putting on a show. Not just that, but the Saiyan supporters are extremely welcoming and productive, a great cast to not just help me excel, but in which I can help them excel. The readers of this application may not have access to the Uchiha Subforums, the group that I absolutely adore and put in vast production. I am sure this application will not only show the studying I put into each fighter, each opponent, but will also show what my strategies are. Increasing the % of my fighters doing what they do best, maximizing each character's strengths as well as minimizing each opposing character’s strengths. Bardock - Bardock has been known to be the Super Glass Canon. The guy who comes in, does damage and either leaves or just dies. So I have given him a bit of a power body in order to buffer the damage given while boosting his melee attacks. And normally he himself is a slow charger so I put a fighting spirit and active heart on him to boost it a bit. While under Tien a.i. he will still be a spammer so he should have more ki to throw b2's and ultimates while keeping good solid melee in case things go downhill.
Raditz - While Raditz isn't the best at one thing I find it quite amazing that he is quite intelligent. I know it sounds odd but seeing him in the test I've seen him do feats of combos and strategy that a normal character does not exhibit. The A.I. he has on seems to like to dodge and wait for his opponent to be vulnerable to attack. He also has a tendency to adapt and not derp in certain situations. to prepare for this I have come up with a well rounded build for him as he may do a wide number of things. This build should be able to keep his opponents on their toes when they face him.
Turles - Turles while he may posses an attacking a.i. has a very Ki charging Defensive Build. I picked this as his melee in my opinion can sometimes be out done. So in those situations it might be good for him to have something to back him up say a B2 or even an explosive or fruit. With this build he should be able to keep a solid Defense enough for either his ki to charge up or just throw off the enemy and time a good stat boost. And if things take a turn for the worst he has the opportunity to transform if he so allows.
Nappa - The Napster is my tank. Plain and simple. He loves to shoot b2's but he can also take damage. and is especially someone bulky in MPM. So I just used a build that would do just that. Bulk him up to absorb damage.
Scouter Vegeta - Alas SV, the final member of the Saiyan team. He is carrying my rear as he not only does quick and stinging damage but also inflicting some heavy b2 damage along with MPM damage. I really did not change the character as he is pretty much doing well on his own. only thing I probably changed was Draconic Aura as while it may take him a bit to stun opponents if he can do it to everyone and fires Final Garlic Canon as a follow up he will be well on his way of being a even scarier opponent. Also he too can go ape and he does a fair job of it.
Now it has come to my attention that Raditz may not be fully on the list as I heard it may or may not be accepted. To rectify this I have come up with an emergency King Vegeta build.
King Vegeta (Frieza A.I)

King Vegeta - KV is a very difficult player to figure as he does seem willing to cooperate with any build in general. In test he is mostly seen as a survivor. But watching some of the more recent tests it has come to my attention that KV can on multiple occasions fire rapid ki blasts. He also loves his Barrage attacks over any other B2 attack. so Ki blast + B2 attack = lotta ki to charge. So putting him on a Charging build will be the most beneficial for him in regards to his offense. Now when he transforms (which he tends to do quite often) he loves to use his powerful B2 attacks and his Ultimate is very devastating. So indignation is the next best bet as when he transforms he is already a bar and a half down. His Supers will be through the roof. And as for Kibito, KV is frequent tester already so having this will just help the team overall with health and tagging.

Reasoning - Scouter Vegeta Vs. Majuub Majuub is a strong character, with a rather unique style, so as a counter to majuubs normal build I made a build similar to it by giving Scouter Vegeta a base Ki+3 Super-1 (including Launch Support) he will out charge majuub at the start so dispite majuub having 2 bar b2s and vegeta having 3-4 bar b2s Vegeta can charge to 3-4 by the time Majuub got his 2. Indignation was an obvious potara due to the super-1 given by Ki+2 Super-1 to sorta balance out the Negso in Vegeta's Yellow he will have a straight Ki+3 with no negs Serious was because a straight B2er in my opinion aside from Tapion or Android 17 isn't a good idea because every character does melee (Also why i dont like Defense+3 Atk-1 because its 5% more defense than Defense+2 at the cost of 12.5% melee damage) Power of Rage should be kind of self explanatory since he has a beam B2 a rush b2 and a rush ultimate and an extra 4K damage from winning a clash is never a bad thing just Saiyan I chose Cell AI because i would rather Vegeta stay drifted out as aposed to being in Majuubs face because dodging Volleys and Lightning Arrows aren't easy from point blank but if he stays away and just exchanges Volleys for Rushes or Galick Gun Vegeta should have the advantage
Reasoning - Nappa vs. Chioutzu aside from the obvious fact that DBZA made this one of the greatest mini-fights in DBZ history, neither of these characters are that strong i gave Nappa a "Nuke Build" to do massive damage with the Super+2 Ki-1 to do even more damage with the already powerful Blazing Storm, Volcanic Explosion, and devestating Kapa attack Savior just to correlate with the Tien AI in tests this has been quite a constant of either Kapa 19-20K or Blazing Storm 10.3K Power Body like i stated previously i think every character should have some melee oriented potaras such as Power Body (Increase to stun resistance) Draconic Aura (Increase in ability to stun foes) /master Strike/QFA (Increase in Melee Power at cost of Super/Charged Attacks) Fighting Spirit as was mentioned in previous build (Scouter Vegeta) the purpose of this potara is to counter the neg from Super+2 Ki-1 Tien AI was my selected AI due to test results showing a tendancy to melee combo into a blazing storm and very constant Ultimates in max power
Reasoning - Bardock vs. Teen Gohan Teen Gohan is season 6 maybe reverted to SSJ1 and put on a melee build, i know it sounds crazy but Havoc313 has started testing it and it has done MUCH better with B2s and 8-10K Melee combos i wouldnt be surprised if the top 3 in season five are Nam/Fasha, SSJ1 Teen Gohan and Android 16 so against such a powerful melee force i would send the strongest character on the saiyans Bardock who for the most part can do everything necessary, so i too advantage of all of his strong suits Savior hes bardock in the off-season he has been known to throw 52 Ultimates (And connect with 86%-89% of all thrown Ultimate) so i'd be confident this would not be a waste Light Body is for charging purposes exclusively as to where his B1's aren't quite as good as other characters (TURLES!) Ki+1 you can never have to much charge rate and against SSJ1 Teen Gohan anytime he could get away from him he'd NEED to make the most of it QFA because even though Teen Gohan is a far stronger meleer their is always a time when 2 characters will "Trade Blows" and the more damage Bardock does the better Dragon Power is THE MOST CRUCIAL POTARA IN THIS WHOLE FIGHT because through studying Bardock and Teen Gohan this off-season ive noticed they both clash alot....especially teen gohan who loves beam struggles almost everytime his opponent throws a Kamehameha style B2 Teen gohan has gotten a cut-scene Masenko immediatly causing a beam struggle and a 10-14K Beam struggle could save or sell a match so i used dragon power to save bardock from the whole beam struggle thing Tien AI because after extensive testing the team decided Tag in, Ultimate, Melee, Grab, Charge, B2, Charge, B2 Tag was a good system for him to stick to
Reasoning - King Vegeta vs. Tambourine I sent our King to fight the demon-spawn of a rivaled king for the purpose of King Vegeta is arguably our best ape ever, and without a doubt the strongest B2er in Ape form with his worst problem being his "Base Form" has not proven to be a high quality fighter unless he has a Eternal Life/Spam build so keeping that in mind i wanted to see if a defense boost would allow him to survive longer and possibly either increase his average damage or give him more time to go "Beast - Mode" in Beast Mode as for his build explanation its similar to his Eternal Life Spam Build except instead of the Ki+2 and Indignation (Which i put on scouter vegeta) he has Defense+2 AI choice for this one was hard i mean i needed a "Defensive-Spam" AI and was torn between Krillen and Piccolo
Reasoning - Turles vs. Pilaf Firstly i know a meleer isn't usually the best choice against a character like Pilaf who can tranform into a giant but Pilaf shows little promise in his tranformed state and even if he does transform Turles Oozaru is a far stronger giant character, so i considered the fact that turtles transforms as well not to mention Apes do crazy melee damage anyway, so tack on Atk+2 Def-1 and Serious! which should put the advantage in Turles corner from the start due, and more so if both go giant. Dendes Healing is a precautionary potara and manely just to counter the Def- from the Atk+2, along with its usual heal basically LOL Unleash Ki for his Ultimate and the fact he is a meleer High Speed Clashes are nearly inevitable. QFA just for even more melee force, and because 'turles doesn't do allot of smashes so the neg shouldnt be such a big deal. Light Body because #FruitAddiction

Scorpion Hermit and Bom Ramen's applications both had a good depth of reasoning and clearly a reasonable amount of work had been put into both. The builds themselves weren't especially inventive, but the reasoning behind them is at least is sound. Glacier Manhatten's, with the use of Defense +1 and Defense +2 in the same team is illegal and, whatever else, invalidated the application given the non-illegality of the other two. Additionally there are some questionable potara uses that aren't covered, given their oddnes. Overall the application by Bom Ramen was agreed to be of the higher standard.
