I apologize for the late announcement, but we had a bit of contention and wanted to get input from our commissioner, Squee. This time, we had four coaching applications to go though. The builds are below (due to post limitations that I cannot change, DBW's application will be in a reply to this):
Earth's Defenders (3 applicants) Daxter Alright first ever build post so excuse any absurdness... The builds in order of line-up are: Chaiotzu; Attack +2 Defense -1 Master Strike Serious! Dende's Healing Perfect Guard Trunks AI Krillin; Super +1 Indignation! Master Blast Rush Blast 2 Savior Light Body Krillin AI Tien; Ki Power +2 Super -1 Fighting Spirit! Dende's Healing Tension Up Mirage Tien AI Yamcha; Defense +2 Attack -1 Eternal Life Latent Energy! Serious! Ginyu AI Goku(Super Saiyan); Super +2 Ki Power -1 Indignation! Savior Style of the Strong Gohan AI So before I go into the explanations, I would like to explain my general plan for characters. There are five roles: B2 Spam(Use a lot of B2s), B2 Power(Use Strong B2s), Melee(Focus on attacks without the use of energy), Tank(Soaks up damage with high defense), and Generic(Average at everything). The ideal order is Melee, Generic, B2 Spam, Tank, B2 Power and that is the order used here. The character's roles will be displayed along with a hopefully clear understanding of the customization. Chaiotzu(Melee); The attack boost is for the close-range melee for some added damage. Master Strike continues to emphasize this attack power. Serious does the same increasing his attack as the fight progresses. Dende's Healing is for damage mitigation since he will be so close. That will help him to last a little longer in order to self-destruct or tag when the time is right...preferably both. Perfect Guard is the obscure potara just in case he tries to guard since he will be losing enough health as it is currently. Trunks AI to emphasis his speed and hopefully consistent melee. Melee is good to start with since they do not need energy and he will not start with full energy. The hope is for quick and powerful melee to build a commanding lead. Krillin(Generic); Krillin has never been too special to me so the Super boost and Indignation! are just there to increase my stat of choice. Although Destructo Discs or Kamehamehas can be deadily... not Expanding Energy Wave! Master Blast and Rush Blast 2 are there to strengthen his energy blasts since I love the mini Destructo Discs he throws. I was going to put in Super Senses instead of Savior because he really needs it(trust me...I have numerous stories about it) but since if even one of his Destructo Discs hit, the opponent loses their lock on, I figured Savior would be better. Also with the super bonuses, a fully connecting Ultimate can be deadly. Light Body is my obscure potara because if he decides to use his mini Destructo Discs, he can go uninterrupted. Krillin AI is there to be funny...but in all seriousness, it will be good if he follows it since he has rush blast and super bonuses. Generic is just there to see what is going on in the fight. Who knows what could be happening at this point, so this role just helps to keep your team on track in these unsure times with no apparent weaknesses. Tien(B2 Spam); Ki Power is there to with the potential spamming. I like spammers to stick around for a while, so Dende's Healing helps with that. Also hopefully he will have time to hit with the Neo Tri Beam, oh my goodness! Anyway, Fighting Spirit! also helps with charge rate for spamming. Tension Up helps to ensure he will always have the potential to spam. Mirage is there as the obscure potara so that if he does his job and stays far away, he can better avoid damage. Tien AI for laughs...(sigh) it is there to emphasis him charging up to max power for spamming...and I guess his ultimate...if he gets to max power...and if he uses it in time...and if he hits with it...and he keeps using it at that point. B2 Spam is there to solidify a lead or catch back up to the other team with quick damage. Low cost B2s are a must and preferably beam ones which is why Yamcha and his Wolf Fang Fist are not here...I think that costs two bars anyway. So the Dodon Ray wins here. Yamcha(Tank); Defense is there...for the defense. He needs a lot for this role. That is also why he got the coveted Eternal Life for longevity...he needs to be in for a while. If he sticks around, then the potential of Latent Energy can be used. Serious is there just to help out his attacks since I know he going to be a fool and try it...darn CPU. Ginyu AI to encourage him to use Power to the very Limit since a potential Ultimate is always nice and they claim that AI is defensive. The tank is here to avoid last minute comebacks. They stop the desperation moves with longevity and hopefully secure enough time for the rest of the team to rest...if they decided to play the game right and tag anyway. Goku(B2 Power); This is the end of the line-up so no more holding back! Super Bonus for power, Indignation for power in case the fight drags out, and Savior to get a strong and devastating start and completely unfair advantage if he has the option to tag. Style of the Strong to emphasis aggressiveness and power right from the beginning. The Gohan AI is to support the max power onslaught. Majin Buu AI can work for aggressiveness as well but not today! As you can see, there is not much to the B2 Power role. They are there to end the fight and fast! No safety net, no gimmicks, just have a lot of potential damage output and hope that they can deliver on some of it(You have to have a role that is fun to watch and less tactical). Whew this is tiring but now I need to go over personal match-ups since who knows what the opposing line-up would be. Majuub, Tambourine, or Chaiotzu as starters seems likely but who knows? Chaiotzu: He would do well against Majuub since Majuub would not be able to spam. The same goes for Tambourine with his quick Soumasens(I don't feel like putting in the game or watching a video to see how it is spelled) but he would have to be weary of Tambourine's melee. Chaiotzu would be a problem since I have an inferior build...but we can always hope. I assume we are facing normal Teen Gohan and not a transformed state. If that is not true disregard this next portion. But if it is the normal Teen Gohan than Chaiotzu's melee would have to be perfect to do good. Otherwise, between transformations, 2 Ki bar Masenkos, and 1 blast stock Full Power Charges, Chaiotzu would be crushed. Pilaf is his best matchup since Chaiotzu does not need energy. Pilaf would have to be amazing to beat him. Good luck Chaiotzu, we are counting on you even though you did nothing useful after Dragon Ball! Krillin; Majuub would not be a good matchup, Majuub is crafty and Krillin is not. Tambourine already killed Krillin in the show and that is what would happen here so...not a good matchup. Chaiotzu would be good for him if he keeps his distance like I hope he will otherwise the fast melee will destroy Krillin. Teen Gohan would be a problem unless he does not use any of his low cost moves. Pilaf might inhibit him but since Pilaf can be stunned, I think Krillin can handle it. Now Krillin, you can be useful at times and this needs to be one of those times. They are not Saibamen, do not use Expanding Energy Wave! Unless of course the one useful time for it presents itself which is finishing off a wayward opponent that has less than 500 HP. Tien; His spamming can counteract Majuub's, I am not too worried as long as he follows the plan. The same goes for Tambourine but Tien's melee is lacking so that is a concern. Chaiotzu may be his friend but if Tien spams, goodnight Chaiotzu. If he does not then it should be an easy victory for Chaiotzu. Teen Gohan poses a serious threat to Tien so I would not want to have that matchup. Pilaf can shut down Tien if Pilaf is aggressive. If not, then it should be an even fight. Darn it Tien, use the Neo Tri Beam after you spam! Yamcha; Defense works well against spamming so Majuub and Tambourine would be toast and Teen Gohan should be weary. Chaiotzu would not do well unless he was constantly in Yamcha's face. Since Pilaf can be stunned he too would have trouble. As you can see Yamcha, we are counting on you! Be the Yamcha that was in Otherworld in the Majin Buu saga and not the Yamcha who lost to a Saibaman...0_O Goku; I am just going to go ahead and say that all of Goku's matchups are bad. His best shot is against Pilaf and worst is against Chaiotzu but really they are all bad. That is intentional, with this role he is just supposed to come in and start one-shotting people. Anything else is risky on his part. I know this counteracts your lackadaisical attitude Goku, but you are a part of a team and need to do your best and not hold back! Do not hold back! You better not hold back or I swear... But this has been fun. Those are my builds and line-up along with some reasoning. Thanks if you actually read all of this! Hopefully you had some fun reading it too. I will never reveal how long this took but it was a while...hopefully I get the job since while everyone has tasks to do, I would love to make this one of those tasks for me. But either way thanks for the opportunity and good luck to the other applicants! You can beat these builds people, they are really not that good (: Lone Fox This is my application for the coaching position for the Earth's Defenders, and I thank you for your time.
Number of starts in Season 6 (this is excluding the Pre-Season and Playoffs.) Majuub = 2 Chiaotzu = 5 Teen Gohan = 3 Tambourine = 2 Pilaf = 0
I can see either Tambourine, Majuub, or Chiaotzu starting off in the lineup, but I am leaning toward Chiaotzu the most seeing as how he had the most starts on the opposing team. Chiaotzu is melee fighter with fast melee combos, and will most like have a boost to his melee attack power. Chiaotzu has a stun B1 move that temporarily disables his opponent and can help him continue attacking his opponent while they cannot fight back temporarily. I can see him having a build similar as the following below: Attack +1 (1) Serious (1) Exquisite Skill (1) Quick Fast Attack (1) Master Blast (1) Indomitable Fighting Spirit (2) AI - Trunks
I see Tambourine possibly coming out second with Savior in order to possibly come in and fire off a B2 or maybe even an Ultimate. He is generally a melee fighter but is not afraid to also throw out B2s either. Tambourine will possibly have a clash boost to help him out in that since he a rush move. He may also have potaras to help him regain hi ki. I see him possibly having a build similar the one following below: Super +1 (1) Savior (1) Launch Support (2) Power of Rage (2) Active Heart (1) AI - Goku
I see Majuub coming in third, and he likes to spam his B2s and Ultimates. He usually has a boost to hi ki to help him out in his spamming, and maybe a healing potara to increase his staying power. He is not bad at melee either if he does not have any ki at the moment. He generally has about the same build although a few potaras may change here and there as need be and is as following below.: Ki Power +2 Super -1 (1) Fighting Spirit! (1) Serious! (1) Quick Fast Attack (1) Light Body (1) Dende's Healing (2) AI - Tien
Teen Gohan most like may come in fourth, but could have come in anywhere. Teen Gohan could possibly be on a tan build since some other may have been prioritized to other fighters, and it would give him good staying power as well. He has strong B2s and his staying power could potentially get him to throw out more since he would be in there longer. He is oretty good all the way around and I can see him having a build sort of like this one below: Defense +3 Attack -1 (2) Eternal Life (4) Quick Fast Attack (1) AI - Frieza
Pilaf would be coming in last with Savior and potentially come out firing off a B2 or an Ultimate. Pilaf will most likely have potaras to help him out with his charge rate because he charges like an android and to help out with the power of his Supers. He is not the best in melee, but he can still hold his own too. Pilaf would be one of the weaker members on this team, but should not be underestimated either. I see him with a build similar the one below: Super +2, Ki -1 (1) Indignation (1) Fighting Spirit (1) High Tension (3) Savior (1) Krillin AI
My hopeful match ups would be the following. Chiaotzu vs Chiaotzu Tambourine vs Krillin Majuub vs Yamcha Teen Gohan vs SSJ Mid Goku Pilaf vs Tien
My builds Chiaotzu Attack +1 (1) Serious (1) Exquisite Skill (1) Quick Fast Attack (1) Master Blast (1) Indomitable Fighting Spirit (2) AI - Trunks
My reasoning for Chiaotzu's build is because since is a melee fighter I would want to boost his attack power with Attack +1, Quick Fast Attack, and Serious since I am trying to have him matched up with Chiaotzu I would want my Chiatozu's fast melee to help counter the opposing Chiaotzu's fast melee. I put Exquisite Skill on him to help him out when either he hits or gets hit by a stun B1 move since it can increase the time it is effective it he hits with it or decreases the time it is effective if he get hit by it. I put Master Blast on Chiaotzu that way if he uses his stun B1 move and decides to shoot rush blasts at his opponent it will also help him out a bit. I put Indomitable Fighting Spirit on Chiaotzu so that way it would help out his ki recovery, and since his melee combos are pretty fast it would possibly help him out my with that.
Krillin Super +1 (1) Dende's Healing (2) Launch's Support (2) Indignation (1) Quick Fast Attack (1) AI- Majin Buu
My reasoning for Krillin's build is because he sort of a melee fighter although not as much Chioatzu. I gave him Super +1 to help out his B2s and his Ultimate if he throws those out but so that it won't hurt his charge rate either, and Indignation should help him out with his Supers as well as he loses health. I gave Krillin Dende's Healing to potentially help keep him in longer against Tambourine. I also gave Krillin Quick Fast Attack to help boost his melee combos. I game Launch's Support to help out his charge rate when he manually charges up his ki, and for when he uses his After Image Strike B1 dodge move the negative to his charge rate will not be as bad.
Yamcha Attack +2 Defense -1 (1) Savior (1) Dende's healing (2) Power of RAGE! (2) Mirage (1) AI- Trunks
My reasoning for Yamcha's build is because Yamcha good fighter overall and could potentially fight anyone.I gave him Mirage to that in could potentially help him to dodge Majuub's Supers, and if Majuub is unable to hit Yamcha with his Supers it will not matter how many he throws out. I gave Yamcha Power of RAGE! to help out in potential clash he may get in when he throws out his Wolf Fang Fist B2. I gave him Dende's Healing to potentially help keep him in longer in his fight with Majuub. I also gave Yamcha so he could possibly throw out one of his B2s or maybe even his Ultimate. I game him Attack +2 Defense -1 to help him out with his melee attack strength.
SSJ Mid Goku Super +2 Ki -1 (1) Light Body (1) Fighting Spirit (1) Indignation! (1) Savior (1) Kibito's Secret Art (2) AI- Tien
My reasoning for SSJ Mid Goku build is because he has power B2s and a fairly good Ultimate and I wanted to boost them up a bit more. I gave SSJ Mid Goku Savior so he could possibly throw out a B2 or maybe his Ultimate when he steps out onto the field. I gave him Kibito's Secret Arts so he could charge up hi B1 stocks even while he is not on the field. I gave him Light Body so that if he does his "Now I'm Mad" B1 he will not be stopped from getting it off as easily. I gave him Super +2 Ki -1 to make his B2s and Ultimate stronger. I gave SSJ Mid Goku Fighting Spirit to help his charge rate as he loses health, and I also gave him Fighting Spirit so that when hr does get "Now I'm Mad" off the negative to his ki charge rate will not be as bad. I gave him Indignation so it makes his B2s and Ultimate stronger as well as he loses health. If he does his job right it will not matter as much how tanky Teen Gohan is.
Tien Defense +3 Attack -1 (2) Fighting Spirit! (1) Eternal Life (4) AI- Frieza
My reasoning for Tien's build is because in my opinion he has been strong as a tanky fighter. I gave Tien Defense +3 Attack -1 to make it harder for melee attacks alone to take him out. I gave him Eternal Life to he expand on his high defense and to help hi regain health during the fight. I gave Tien Fighting Spirit to help out his charge rate as he loses health. I did this so Pilaf's melee game would not be as effective, and since Pilaf's melee combos are a little on the slower side it will be easier for Tien to regain heath as well.
I thank you again for your time in reading this, and I hope that it meets everyone's standards. Motork Builds:
Yamcha - Costume: 1 Attack +2 Defense -1 (1) Serious! (1) Mirage (1) Dende's Healing (2) Launch's Support (2) AI- Trunks Total: 7
Tien - Costume: 2 Defense +3 Attack -1 (2) Fighting Spirit! (1) Eternal Life (4) AI- Frieza Total: 7
Goku - Costume: 1 Super +2 Ki -1 (1) Light Body (1) Fighting Spirit (1) Indignation! (1) Savior (1) Kibito's Secret Art (2) AI- Tien Total: 7
Chiaotzu - Costume: 1 Attack +1 (1) Dende's Healing (2) Exquisite Skill (1) Serious! (1) Quick Fast Attack (1) Rising Fighting Spirit (1) AI- Trunks Total: 7
Krillian - Costume 1 Defense +2 Atk -1 (1) Power body (4) Power of rage (2) AI- Vegeta Total: 7
Battle plan:
-Yamcha is to go first as Majuub or Tabourine have been the average starters for their respected teams and having mirage for Majuubs spam attacks will help him evade more of them, and yamcha has the speed needed to get through Tabourine's defense and can do more damage over time with his serious patora against tabourine who loves to make a battle last much longer then usual.
-Tien is in his average tank build as it is not only his best build at the moment, but in case yamcha cannot finish the job with majuub or tabourine Yamcha can tank allot of the damage, and even has the staying power to launch b2's to the character after.
-Goku is using his Savior build as a later fighter so that his savoir can be in good effect being put in the middle of the team, so that he has the best chance to be able to switch out more often rather being the last line up character. With his light body equiped he can assure that most of the time his 'now im mad' will be pulled off rather then being interrupted and getting killed for using it.
-Chaotzu is in his quick fast attack build to deal with tambourine and pilof as both rely on Melee and being up-close Chaotzu can beat both of them in that game, and can even deal good damage with his B2's
-Krillian is on a test tank build made to counter Chaotzu's and pilofs fast attack build, as the Ai show's to like using solar flare and scatter shot, i decided to instead using a different Ai for melee i decided to encourage the use of them for a tank build so that he has more chances of using the B1's to a better effect as interrupting maneuvers and give him time to do what he needs to do. As he is a test build he will go last in the line up as i feel his tank build can benefit the team as a last line of defense.
Team Muscle (1 applicant) HeyRyanLetsPlay Team Muscle Coach Application Team Muscle: Android 13, Bojack, Broly (Base), Garlic Jr. and Master Roshi Opposing Team (Gohan Defending Namek from Majin Warriors): Majuub, Chiaotzu, Teen Gohan, Tambourine and Pilaf
Majuub’s most used build during Season 6: This didn’t vary much during the season. If it did vary, it usually changed things like FS! And Serious! to items of similar status, like Indignation! leaving everything else the same. B2 spammer with great melee and staying power to boot. Usually the opener to get a quick lead, or the closer to catch the team up. Majuub - Tien AI (In Costume 1) Ki Power +2 Super -1(1) Fighting Spirit! (1) Serious! (1) Quick Fast Attack (1) Light Body (1) Dende's Healing (2)
Chaiotzu’s most used build during Season 6: He didn’t really have a most used build as his changed usually every 3 weeks to something different (was defensive, then melee, then super, etc.) He did however become more consistent in the final couple of weeks of the season using the following build: Chiaotzu- Costume: 1 Attack +1 (1) Kibito's Secret Art (2) Exquisite Skill (1) Serious! (1) Quick Fast Attack (1) Master Blast (1) AI- Trunks This gave him a great melee game, and with the addition of KSA combined with exquisite skill, makes his B1 Stun move a great threat. Varied in position but mostly used as a closer or opener.
Teen Gohan’s most used build during Season 6: It was a toss between a B2 build or a decent tank build. Tank B2 Defence +3 Attack -1 Super +2 Ki -1 Power of Rage Power of Rage Dende’s Healing Launch’s Support Saviour Fighting Spirit! Savior Frieza AI Frieza AI
Mostly starts in the middle of the group (which is good with savior) but has been the opener with builds not using savior. However with both Pilaf and Tambourine having Savior in their builds pretty much every week, there would be a change on Gohan’s build to remove savior and add something else. My thinking is they would go for a heavy tank build that they were using the past few weeks of the season. Heavy Tank Defence +3 Attack -1 Power of Rage Dende’s Healing Savior Latent Energy
I think they would change Savior to Latent Energy to make him an even beefier tank giving him even better staying power.
Tambourine’s most used build during Season 6: AI - Goku (1) Savior (2) Launch Support (1) Super +2 Ki-1 (2) Power of Rage (1) Active Heart
This seems like a B2/All around build. The use of active heart increases Ki better through melee. So it would be used to get close, do melee combos to build ki and then launch a B2 in the middle of a combo.
Pilaf’s most used build during Season 6: Super +1 (1) High Tensions (3) Savior (1) Fighting Spirit (1) Light Body (1) Gohan AI
Pilaf is a heavy hitter B2. With a Super +1 build, his ultimate does 16000 points of damage and his Rolling Smash does about 10000 and at max power about 12000. Pilaf is great at hitting with B2s, and with both High Tension and Fighting Spirit, increases his charge rate substantially for an Android.
The order I believe the team will go will be: Chaoitzu Tambourine Pilaf Majuub Teen Gohan
Everything after Teen Gohan doesn’t really matter as we have seen the computer like to switch the orders around. However if it was just a straight match with no tags where #2 follows #1 and #3 follows #2, I believe this would be the order.
Team Muscle Garlic Jr. Sup+1 1p Exquisite Skill 1p Rising Fighting Spirit 1p Serious! 1p Fighting Spirit! 1p Power of Rage 2p AI--Piccolo I actually went back to Season 5 to find this build. This was the build that Garlic had in the Tenkaichi Bowl with the exception of his AI as Ginyu AI is not allowed on him. This is the build that Garlic was able to take out an entire person just by himself, which is why I think it will be good for him
Master Roshi. Def +3 Atk -1 Dende’s Healing Latent Energy Launch’s Support AI—Tien
I figured that we have everything on the team except for a Tank build. With the team unable to use Eternal Life, Dende’s Healing is the best healing we can have. With Def+3 and Latent Energy, it makes him as good as a tank as Gohan would be, but with less healing. With Roshi also having False Courage as a B1, it can really stop somebody in their tracks.
Broly Super +2 Ki -1 (1p) Light Body(1p) Fighting Spirit (1p) Indignation! (1p) Savior (1p) Kibito's Secret Art (2p) AI--Tien First thing that is a change is Broly would be in base form, not in SSJ. The reason for this is because I think he would do better as Base, and not constantly throwing out Max Power Trap Shooters all the time. This build is to try and make Broly similar to Mid Goku. With Kakarot being only 2 stocks and coming in with Savior, he can potentially go Max Power 3 times, without any drawbacks. Plus with him starting in base form, All his B2’s are decent, unlike trapshooter. Bojack Piccolo AI Ki+1 1p Kibito's Secret Art 2p Launch's Support 2p Serious! 1p Savior 1p
This is Bojack’s typical build: Come in, fire off some B2s, then deal decent melee damage. He was our #1 player in Season 6 and definitely works well in this build.
Android 13 Atk+1 1p Power Body 4p Hatred of Saiyans 1p Latent Energy Piccolo AI
This has been pretty much Android 13’s build the entire season and it has worked pretty well for him. Hatred of Saiyans helps his charge since he is an Android, and having him in melee with Power Body makes it hard for the oppenents to counter.
Our Line up would be Roshi Garlic Jr. Bojack Android 13 Broly
So the matches are Roshi VS Chaoitzu Garlic Jr. VS Tambourine Bojack VS Pilaf Android 13 VS Majuub Broly VS Teen Gohan
Roshi Vs Chaoitzu. Roshi is our 2nd fast character I believe through our melee. Most of our characters are pretty slow, so having a quick melee vs a quick melee will be beneficial for our team. I believe with the tankiness of Roshi can outdo the melee of Chaoitzu with quite a bit of health remaining.
Garlic Jr. VS Tambourine I chose Garlic Jr. to fight Tambourine as Tambourine has some pretty slow melee. Garlic’s is pretty fast in comparison. Tambourine is a pretty good B2 build, but Garlic on his build is pretty dodgy and can avoid the B2s that are being launched.
Bojack Vs Pilaf I chose Bojack to try and spam against Pilaf. Pilaf as mentioned before hits hard with his B2s. Bojack is aggressive with his melee and is pretty reliable to use his savior and then use Full Power. He may end up using Trap Shooter with it, but with how aggressive Bojack is, it can help prevent Pilaf from firing his B2s on a regular basis.
Android 13 Vs Majuub Android 13 is also aggressive with his melee and we need him to stop Majuub from spamming. Melee is best against a spammer and will be good to shut Majuub down. Majuub has decent melee but with Power Body on 13, it would basically nullify it.
Broly Vs Teen Gohan With Teen Gohan being a heavy tank, it is going to be hard to hurt him. My hope is that Broly will Kakarot Spam with ultimates of B2s. Even with a Tank build on Gohan, a spam would still lower the tank pretty quickly.
I hope this is sufficient for the application of Coach of Team Muscle.
Team Namek (1 applicant) Zalibrator Team Namek Coach Tryouts From: Zalibrator
Opposing Team Players: Tambourine, Teen Gohan, Pilaf, Majuub, Chiaotzu
Team Namek Players: Tambourine, Late Piccolo, Early Piccolo, King Piccolo, Nail
Analysis of Opposing Team: Tambourine: Tambourine typically holds the position of a lighter b2 build with super +1, and savior, which means the chance of hime being a starter is very slim, and would be a rather large mistake. His melee is on the stronger side, and he tends to use b2's at close range. However, he does not tend to tag. His build may be subject to change because of potara over-usage, and he is not the strongest b2 user on the team. Tambourine has fired five ultimates in season 6, which could be due to savior.
His Build: AI- Goku (1) Savior (2) Launch Support (1) Super +1 (2) Power of Rage (1) Active Heart
Teen Gohan: Teen Gohan is, like Tambourine, a Super +1 b2 user, but he sometimes has super +2. Other than that his build changes around quite often, but he definitely a heavy b2 hitter on his team. He doesn't do too much tagging, and he has only thrown out three ultimates all season, which means the chance of him using it is slim, but not impossible. As for b2s, he has a rush b2 that does around 8-10,000 points of damage, and a beam that can do similar amounts.
His Build: AI- Frieza Super +1 (1) Launch's Support (2) Power of Rage (2) Dende's Healing (2)
Majuub: Majuub is a major spammer, and almost always has a ki +2 build, he has reached elite status which makes him seem even more scary than usual. Almost every week he has used this spam capability to lock his opponents down and slowly chip their life down. Also, he likes to use his ultimate, having fired 7 so far this season. However, this season Majuub has only tagged twice, meaning chances of him tagging are slim. His major strength is spamming his energy ball B2, to counter that I believe you need either someone who spams just as much, or someone capable of dishing damage out faster. As a character Majuub is not the most flexible on the opposing team. I don't think they would risk switching his blue potara, but they could switch his yellow potaras between b2 and melee.
His Build: AI- Tien Ki Power +2/ Super -1 (1) Indignation! (1) Quick Fast Attack (1) Latent Energy (1) Light Body (1) Dende's Healing (2)
Chiaotzu: Of all the characters on this team, Chiaotzu is the soul melee fighter. His melee style is very fast paced and quick. He is Earth Defender's second most common tagger at 5 tags this season. It is important to remember that Chiaotzu is a melee heavy character, but can also make a strong spammer on the side. Of his b2's, he has one 2 bar beam which he has strong timing with. Along with Chiaotzu's melee, he is often given either Draconic Aura to counter Power Body which I think would be the best decision agains Namek, or he gets Eternal Life. I think Chiaotzu is most likely to be the starter.
His Build: AI- Trunks Defense +3 Attack -1 (2) Dende's Healing (2) Draconic Aura (3)
Pilaf: Pilaf is another member of this team that is very b2 heavy. He is consitently on a super +2 build, but sometime has Ki +1. He is also given Savior on a regular basis, which means it would not be a good idea to start him. Pilaf has a regular tag rate for his team of 3 tags over the course of the season. Pilaf has an 80% connect rate with his b2s, and he has fired 4 ultimates and hit with all of them. However, Pilaf has rather slow melee, and tends to lack slightly in that area. Also, Pilaf has a transformation that has one very good b2 that can do about 10,000 points of damage, but it makes him a very big target for b2s. He tends not to use this form.
His Build: AI- Krillin Super +2, Ki -1 (1) Indignation (1) Fighting Spirit (1) Savior (1) High Tension (3)
Line Ups Opposing Team: Chiaotzu- Defense +3 and Draconic Aura build
Pilaf- Super +2 build with Savior
Majuub- Ki +2 build
Tambourine- Ki +1 build with Savior (due to Teen Gohan's build)
Teen Gohan- Super +1 build.
Namek's Line Up: Nail: AI - Normal (4) Eternal Life (1) Quick Fast Attack (2) Defense +3/Attack -1
Early Piccolo: AI- Piccolo (4) Power Body (2) Power of Rage (1) Active Heart

Description I chose Nail as a starter because I predict the opponent will predict we are going to start Early Piccolo with Power Body, so by putting in a character who is very consistent, can take a lot of damage, and doesn't use power body, we can negate the four points spent on Draconic Aura, making them a waste. Also, as a whole, Nail's season 6 performance was very good. I would even argue it was the best on the team due to consistency, so I think Nail can get a lead on Chiaotzu, if not bring it to a very close end.
Second I put Early Piccolo because Early Piccolo's build revolves around him using Power body so he can do whatever he wants to do with more ease. Also, I'd argue he is our second most consistent player. Because I predict Pilaf second, I think Early Piccolo would be the best choice as I think Pilaf's weaker melee will be made almost completely useless against Power Body, also Early Piccolo is the second biggest spammer on the team other than King Piccolo, so if he can throw out a good mixture of melee and b2 spam, I think he can take down Pilaf with relative ease.
Third I have King Piccolo, King Piccolo is, in my opinion, the most well balanced member of Namek. He has proven in the past his extremely strong spam capabilities with both his ultimate and Samousan, and his melee capabilities are very good as well. I think this will be the best we can get against a character like Majuub, who he would be fighting if things go as planned because Majuub has proven his ability to both spam and do melee well. Also, King Piccolo tends to use his Samousen at a bit of a distance, so if Majuub is using his Super Energy Volley attack, it will be cancelled out by Samousan. Lastly, if things don't go to plan, King Piccolo can handle almost any other player on this team.
Fourth I have Late Piccolo. Late Piccolo has proven his strength as a melee fighter, so I have him in as position where his ability to constantly go at the enemy will be useful, and that is against a spammer like Tambourine. Late Piccolo is very good at chasing enemies down and beating them with as much effectiveness as possible. So, if he can hound Tambourine enough to the point Tambourine can't spam, then it's just a matter of who has the better melee, and in that situation Late Piccolo has a better chance of winning.
Lastly, I have put Tambourine as a closer. He is mainly in this position because I have predicted the enemies closer to be another b2 power fighter in Teen Gohan. While it is true that Tambourine's melee isn't on the level of Late Piccolo, I still think it is strong melee. Tambourine is also a very well balanced fighter, a perfect match for Teen Gohan. And Tambourine has savior, so his ultimate would do around 14,000 or 15,000 points of damage.
So, there you have it, thank you for considering my application, and I look forward to your response. I will briefly go over these:
The new Earth's Defenders coach was debated for quite a bit, but in the end, we have decided that Lone Fox will be the new coach. While both Lone Fox and Motork's applications were exceptional, in the end Lone Fox's was more thorough in its explanation.
Although the applications for Team Muscle, Team Namek, and Dragonball warriors ran unopposed, this did not mean they automatically got the job. However, each of these applications were amazing. Well played xsithspawnx, Zalibrator, and HeyRyanLet'sPlay. You are now full time coaches.
Congratulations to our four new coaches: Lone Fox, xsithspawnx, Zalibrator, and HeyRyanLet'sPlay.
