Coaches Bidding before consulting a team is NOT ALLOWED

Just a quick note. Coaches are not allowed to start bidding for anything before getting consent from the majority of their team, or at least giving their team ample time (a few days) to respond. Bids can not be taken back once placed unless someone out bids you. So it is not acceptable to bid now and get consent later. Unless every member of your team has given the coach prior permission to just choose whoever they want, no one should be posting bids until most, if not all, of the team has had a chance to discuss it! To make things simpler, I suggest each team determine how much they are willing to bid so a coach does not have to get consent every time he or she needs to raise.

On a side note, privet conversations in skype do not count in this matter. I get it that skype can be a lot faster and more useful. There is no problem using it to hash things out and then posting the results in the forum for the rest of the team, but the staff can't make sure coaches are doing their job in a privet skype chat. All major decisions need to be handled in the forums. This is for your own protection as well. If a coach or team member is being unreasonable or breaking rules, it is far better to have such evidence on the forums.

TL;DR
Do not place bids on any character until teams have had a chance to talk about it, even if you had agreed on who to bid before week 1 started. People's opinions might drastically change once they see the ranking video. If coaches place bids and the staff does not see your team giving a majority consent, the bid will not be counted. If you are the only active person on your team, or your team has been quite, you must wait 2 days to post your first bid. At that point, you are allowed to enter a bidding war if your team members remain inactive.
