There are plainly too many categories to choose from, but when i think smart I think science To me Thomas Edison showed the most determination and creativity in utilizing existing technology Which to me means using someone else discovery as a stepping stool to achieve new discoveries |

okay, I'll be honest the only reason Rowling and Marie Curie are on here is because i couldn't think of any other super intelligent women. now don't look at me like that, name a few and no Susan B. Anthony, Amelia Earhart, and Cleopatra do not count. maybe Joan of Arc. maybe. oh and no love for tesla? he did more than just the tesla coil people, the man tried to make the world's first power gird and nearly did (he ran out of $) people are still doing research to see just how efficient a tesla coil power grid would be and they're coming up with quite a lot... they just need like 6 billion dollars to build a giant tesla coil to electrify the air over the U.S. but then if they succeed no cords would be needed, no batteries would be needed (except in blackouts of course), and all that copper could be reclaimed and okay really ranting here I'll just cut myself off before this post becomes too powerful. |

yeah he had many great philosophies to live by and I'm sure you could argue that he could be considered superintelligent. also if the person you picked isn't on the list then don't cry to me. first off I can't change the list if I wanted to and secondly, There's a reason I put the "other" option on here. I think these 20 people would be among the most often people given as the answer so I put them on. If you think someone deserves to be on the list, vote other and say who you picked here. thank you. |
