I think it's going to focus more on the war between the south and the north, and I hardly believe we'll be seeing alot of native americans, since it's probably going to take place in the north. (Looking at the cold- land pictures). Also, a horsey in modern day? He would probably be the leader of all the Assassin's. Which is probably the next twist in the series.

You are mistaken on both accounts. The game was said to take place in the 18th century, or the 1700s. The Revolution started in 1775, and the Civil War, or war between North and South, as you called it, didn't start until 1861, or the 19th century. On another note, there were Native Americans in both the North and South. If this does take place in the North, there would be Native Americans there. Edited by RandomMan1, Mar 2 2012, 07:18 AM.

I have to agree a little with Kagurodraven, my pessimism gets the better of me when the subject of American history comes up. No offence intended, but I can see this becoming a "how the amazing Americans defeated the evil British-Templar empire, who actually cares about America and not the steam engine, with no help at all from the Frenchies, just the Assassins" Hollywood blockbuster, non-historically-accurate-game. Back to my AC conspiracies notepad (yes, I'm sad enough to have kept it all written down) I'm pretty sure the co-ordinates shown in the DLC were in Turin, America. Has to be linked to the Shroud of Turin considering this info too, regarding the co-ordinate's surroundings: http://oxcgn.com/2011/03/09/next-assassins-creed-teased-via-da-vinci-disappearance-dlc-spoiler-alert/ Wonder if this is the next artefact we are tracking? ![]() Edited by Dantos4, Mar 2 2012, 11:28 PM.

Haha not at all, I think we were a bit busy at the time with Europe, India and blaming those frog legged French for every sin under the sun... as per usual

Relooking at the picture I'm like 80% sure the Assassin will have heavy ties to native americans. Consitering the fact the Tamahawk was rarely used by colonials, and they loathed the use of the bow due to their hatered of the natives. |
