No. You are both 100% and completely wrong because you aren't saying thinks I like to hear. You are making up words and being total British cigarets.

Are we doing individual countries, or making one country together?

Yeah, that's actually a great idea. However, how will we be able to decide on a type of Government etc? There is going to have to be a hell of a lot of compromising from everybody somewhere xD So that can be something we debate on: whether we have each person planning a different facet of the country (meaning the jigsaw puzzle may have pieces which don't fit) or whether we all input into everything. Or maybe we compromise and we have ministers for each one, yet everybody can suggest and debate ideas?

This does go a long way to explaining why governments are so "to-and-fro" about things when another party gets elected :P

Although, after thinking about it. I can't really see a situation where stakeholders would be needed to intervene, except perhaps in terms of employee rights and things like builders vs the community or something?

I have a compromise I'd like to offer here:
Maybe just a local government (E.g. the state representatives in the US or the city councils in the UK) could intervene in particularly bad instances of exploitation? Because I do see how the stakeholders should not always have power, just maybe suggestions. (E.g. people complaining about windmills being put up around their home, generating clean, green energy and saving money. Yet these 'stakeholders' claim it is "aesthetically displeasing". The governing body should deny these stakeholders)

EDIT: I'm not sure, would you rather do individual ones, or all work on one country? One would be more interesting in terms of debating. But individual ones may be more interesting in terms of roleplaying

All I can see is if we are in one country we start a civil war, and if we are individual ones one of us ends up nuking another.

Other then that, I am fine with either, as they both have many possibility for fun, philosophy, and hilarity.

Why not do both? I just had the idea of asking Squee to create a sub-forum (or if not, we just create individual threads) so we can have threads for each country. Then people with similar ideas can craft a country? At the end of it, when we're happy with all of our countries, we could have a roleplay in one thread, just like the DBZ?

E.g. Scenario: Two NPC countries are at war: Newplaceland had declared war on Oiltownlulz (they'd have better names, obviously). What do you do?

Then you would have turns for the countries?:
Stupidland:
We would attack Newplaceland (maybe they have to roll for success? or draw up a detailed plan?)
Retardville: We send a diplomat to convince Newplaceland to stop attacking Oiltownlulz (maybe they have to roll for success based on... some skill or plan or something? :P)

Etc etc. I'd be an awful DM, I know :P But hopefully you get the idea?

We do need a GM (Game master). Or a DM (Dungeon master). or an SM (story master). Or... a WM (WORLD MASTER). I like WM.

Kag turned down calling him a ZM. :(

Anywhozen, maybe keep individual threads for countries and one kind of UN style thread where they interact with each other? Have like a staff of people to assist with individual countries and an ambassador that deals with other countries? Then again we would need a LOT of people for this... unless the WM controlled 90% of the characters, which they would really do anyway, but it would make it really complected and confusing. I am all for it btw :P

Dear God, I'd have taken Z-Master with a heartbeat! :P

Yeah, I like that idea. Maybe the UN thread is for the RP? That way they can interact with each other whilst being presented with scenarios by the WM, a nice challenge :P

The amount of people might be a problem, but I'm sure we can work it out somehow...
