Now I'm just enjoying an idea I have, where the fallout games go to all the different states.
'Fallout: Iowa' - Fields of radioactive corn
'Fallout: Wisconsin' I wouldn't mind playing, you betcha.

Fallout: Pennsylvania, because it's where I live.

I live in Metro Detroit, so nothing would really change.

More than Just a Conjurer of Cheap Tricks
I want Fallout not in any previous places, and I want the story built like how they did the dlcs with the wacky, but interesting characters, and enemies. I want a plot that makes me worry what should I do. I want The pipboy to have sub sections for rifles, and such. I want more than tan, and grey environments. Hey maybe they should take it fuse it into a place like Rapture and a more dire survival mode with more needing than just okay I'm good for now and you got a great game. Same length of campaign though.

It should be like playing Oblivion on top difficulty with FCOM, where you want to cry because it is impossible.
